The timing on these is a bit odd with the offseason coming to a close, I was initially hoping to get these out during the middle of last season. But updating them again after TC sounds like a lot of effort so I'm going to post them now. For players who are currently free agents, I'm going to assume anyone half decent is going to get max money or close to max money. I'm excluding rookies from this past draft because we haven't seen them play yet.
Tier 1

I don't think there should be any huge surprises here. Pleiss and Fland are still the easy 1/2, you could argue them either way. The recent draft classes have been very kind to the big talent in the league.
