Bet between two franchises (bet is terminated once Hooper quits).
If one of the two teams wins championship, the other must pay 20 mil GM cash.
For every additional championship, it adds $10 mil. For example, #2 rings = 30 mil, #3 rings = 40 mil, etc.
If unable to pay, the opposing team gets the next available 1st rounder from the other.
The payment date is by the end of FA2 of the offseason following the championship.
