For 3m: Give me your midseason awards ballot for the league and provide context to each answer.

MVP:
DPOY:
ROY:
6MOY:

1st Team All NBA:

Provide who you feel should win these awards and honors, not who you THINK that FBB likes

For my own:

MVP: Shaquille O'Neal -- Putting up absolutely monster numbers as a non-option in outside. Two-way player that is shooting ridiculous splits and not turning the ball over. You can build any offense and defense around him. Far and away the best player in the league in my opinion.
DPOY: My personal pick would be Gary Payton. He's a lockdown defender and PG is the most important position in FBB (in terms of needing a good one to win a championship). Gary's steals are absurd, and he can lock anyone down and man up too, he's not just all stealing.
ROY: Carlos Boozer is my pick here. Putting up great numbers for Denver, and he's been able to play at the 3 and the 4 between preseason and the regular season. Sucks that it has to be a win for Hank.
6MOTY: LaPhonso Ellis. He won't actually win the award due to injuries and being forced into starting, but he is the true 6th man of the Wolves. Great two-way player and his rebounding is enormous. I'm a huge fan of him and I think he's one of the best unsung heroes in the league.

C: Shaquille O'Neal
PF: Kevin Garnett
SF: Tom Gugliotta
SG: Kobe Bryant
PG: Terrell Brandon

MVP: Shaq…. 25/13/2.4/1/2.6 only 2 TOs and 56.5% from the Field (and FT lol) as a non-option is just mind blowing. He’s back, he’s healthy, and he’s the most dominant force in the league, no 2 ways about it, he is the most valuable player in the sim.
DPOY: Gary Payton… guard defense is so rare and so much more vital, all the lemmings will say Dikembe cuz of the blocks and boards but the glove doing 3+ steals and clamping up the opponents lead guard every game is wildly impressive, he’s a total game changer
ROY: Carlos Boozer…. Averaging a double double and he’s pretty efficient, keeping a dog shit Nuggets team afloat
6MOTY: Rick Fox…. He should’ve won it a couple years ago but what this guy brings to the Orlando bench is wildly under appreciated. He can play 3 different positions and when he steps into the starting lineup the team rarely misses a beat. He does a little bit of everything, he’s efficient, and he has surprising volume when given the opportunity

C: Shaq
PF: KG
SF: Tom Gugliotta (I don’t wanna hear the Grant Hill tears 0/24 from 3 and 4 TOPG puke)
SG: Kobe
PG: Terrell Brandon

MVP: Shaq. Contract year bro knew it and said he gone ball tf out and Cloud better come correct with that extension.

DPOY: Gary Payton. Hand up I have no idea who should win this and I’m copying cloud.

ROY: Tony Parker. He’s the PG of the Knicks I’m a narrative before facts guy. League needs big markets. The league needs NY.

6MOY: Earl Watson. Hand up again, I have no idea where or how I got this guy but he’s actually not bad and it blows my mind.

all NBA:
C: Diesel
PF: KG
SF: Jumaine Jones
SG: Joe Johnson
PG: Tony Parker

MVP: I wanna see Terrell Brandon win it. He has been putting up huge numbers and now with cavs in that 2 spot I think he should get one

Dpoy: kg. Elite defense, 2nd in blocks per game and he rebounds very well to end possessions after one miss

Roy: boozer. After boosting he looks very good and while the west is weak nuggets are a playoff team with him putting up good numbers.

6th man: Rick fox, I don’t know tons of other options the and cloud made solid points

1st team
Shaq
Kg
Pierce (as first option/focus he puts up efficient 26 per game, numbers take hit with Kobe but even still very efficient 20 per and solid defense)
Kobe
Brandon

ROY: Carlos Boozer he’s got the most rookie of the month awards so gotta be him at this point in time

6MOY: Danny fortson - almost 9 rebounds off the bench with 8

1st Team All NBA:
Shaq
Kg

kobe

MVP: Kevin Garnett - 22/12/3/1.5/3.5 fantastic splits, leader of a winning team. Already has a ring, DPOTY, and finals mvp. Next up is a regular season mvp

DPOTY: Kevin Garnett - 3.5 blocks and 1.5 steals. Defending DPOTY

6MOTY: LaPhonso Ellis - he won’t win it at the end of the year because he will have started too many games in Laettner’s absence but 15 ppg 9 rpg 1.5 apg 1 spg 1 bpg off the bench is pretty freaking nice

ROTY: Tony Parker - we need the Knicks to be great, I’m with curry here with a narrative over facts vote.

1st team:
C: Shaq
PF: KG
SF: Laettner (he is listed at SF now people, 18.5 ppg 7.7 rpg 52/74/56 splits before injury all of this as non option OH DOCTOR)
SG: Kobe
PG: Gary Payton

Mvp Shaq, the magic are the best team in the game and shaq is just doing everything at an elite level. He’s the most deserving and will get it if he stays healthy
Dpoty KG. When you have over 3 blocks a game and over a steal a game it would be shocking if he doesn’t win it
Sixth man Richard Hamilton averaging almost 17 a game off the bench, been great for a decent hawks team that would have 10 more wins if he they the Lakers schedule
ROTY Carlos Boozer double double solid stats usually win it. Almost a steal and a block a game too. Not bad. Hopefully he doesn’t have another good tc Henry’s so annoying

all team
C- shaq - Obviously have him as mvp so why would he not be here. Best C in the game best player on the file
PF KG, if not for shaq would be the best big in the game does it all. Should easily win all team
SF Ray Allen efficient 2 way guy, I’m also banking on the bullets finishing strong. I think he gets the nod slightly over Paul Pierce
Sg Kobe Bryant insane stats on a solid team. SG is good but I think he should take it home
Pg Brandon’ toughest position with guys like Payton Penny AI etc but I think when you take into account record and stats Brandon gets the edge . Notice no Lakers here? Shocking right

MVP: Gimme Shaq. Beast player. Doing it all for the Orlando Magic. Low TO's too for someone with high usage
DPOTY: KG for sure. A+ defense putting up 3.5 bpg. Guy is a great defender
Sixth man: Has to be Rip Hamilton. 16.9 off the bench is definitely worhty of sixth man
ROTY: Boozer hands down. Had a great TC and looking like he will be a top big in the next years to come.

1st team all nba:

C: Shaq. Best center in the league. He should get it
PF: KG. Best defender in the league
SF: Pierce. Good scorer plus solid defender
SG: Kobe. Top 2 scorer in the league
PG: Brandon. Top 5 scorer and keeping cavs up there at the top of the east

MVP: Shaquille O'neal: 7th in points, 2nd in rebounding, 6th in blocks, and leading the league in field goal percentage. Pretty obvious that he should be the MVP.
DPOY: Kevin Garnett: Second in the league in blocks and is probably close to top 20 in steals. Also cleaning up the boards. If Tag wasn't there, he may be grabbing close to 13-14 a game.
ROY: I mean... Has to Boozer. 16/10 on solid percentages,
6MOY: Vin Baker: Has been playing well as the backup big in Boston. 10 and 8 with a positive assist to turnover. Think he provides good depth for Boston

1st Team All NBA:
C: Shaq - He should be the MVP. Thus he should be 1st team
PF: Kevin Garnett - Defensive player of the year.. oh he also averaging 21.7 points per game on 48% from the field and 3.5 assists
SF: Tom Gugliotta - It will be between Gugs and Pierce. If Kobe wasn't in Miami, Pierce probably get the nod. Gugs is averaging 21.7 (career high) /8.7.
SG: Kobe Bryant - Top 2 in scoring and starting to keep his TOs down.
PG: Terrel Brandon - Was tempted to put Allen Iverson her, but Brandon has better shooting percentages and defensive stats than AI

MVP: Shaq: Kind of a no brainer. Best player on the best team in the league. And he's doing it with crazy efficiency too in terms of TOs and FG%
DPOY: Kevin Garnett: Defending DPOY and putting up big block and defensive rebounding numbers
ROY: Carlos Boozer: After his ridiculous TC and inflated numbers from being on a meh team, this is another no brainer. 16/10 is very impressive for a rookie, not a lot of rooks can rebound like that. And his FT% is impressive
6MOY: Richard Hamilton: Historically this award goes to 10/10 type bigs pretty often, but 17 PPG is very impressive

1st Team:
C: Shaq: No explanation needed, he's the MVP
PF: KG: Also no explanation really needed, he's DPOY and would likely be MVP if Shaq didn't exist
SF: Ray Allen: Seems like an odd pick here, but I fully expect him and the Bullets to bounce back the 2nd half of the season, I know he's capable of 25+ PPG on great percentages
SG: Kobe: One of only two guys in the league putting up 30 PPG right now, and Terry I think counts as a PG
PG: Terell Brandon: He gets bonus points for how good the Cavs are despite having a fairly average looking roster aside from him. His assist to TO ratio, defense, and great percentages are also a huge plus. Would probably be my MVP if you exclude Shaq/KG

MVP - Shaq ..he better get it done this year cause if not Magic need to re imagine their roster
DpOTY- The Glove..you don't get that nickname for nothing..the kid can play D
ROY- BOOZER- I mean he is not even option 1 and he is making a #10 type odds lotto almost impossible so far..
6rh - RIP.. dude is doing better ppg than 40%+ of starters regardless of wing vs Big status RIP an easy vote for me here

C-Shaq..he is on his on level at the 5
PF- KG.. Boozer could be here in 3 yrs BUT right here right now KG is the MAN
SF- PP..I like 3s that can do it all and PP can do it all
SG- Kobe.. great volume 2nd in ppg instant offense and no one better at the 2 tbf
PG- Brandon- I keep picking this dude yr in and yr out my only ? Is will he ever play like a Gorilla in the playoffs?... A King Komg size Gorilla in regular season who turns into a 6 inch mouse in the post season.. like Magic if this is not the year time to reimagine this team
