For 7M, give me the 10 greatest players of the sim this iteration. Any accomplishments they had prior to the sim in real life don't count. So for example, Michael Jordan didn't win six rings for this, he won one.

(Up to you how you score greatness, peak play vs. winning vs. career numbers etc.)

Must explain your reasoning for each pick and I will decide who claims, so no Panic, you can't just copy someone else's post and do some typical Panic B.S. (I'm helping you by attaching all needed links here.)

1. SHAQ- Dominated the league ..just couldn't get over the hump and win it all til later in his career
2. kG- has been here since the beginning has dominated almost as long and has the hardware to back it
3. Jason Terry- was the difference maker earlyband often for most teams
4. Z. Randolph- arguably the best Big in league History..I'd have a hard time putting him ahead of Shaq and KG
5. Terrell Brandon- maybe the best PG ever
6. CP3- MVPs MvPs MvPs what else can you say
7. Christian Laettner - yes he made it..was absolutely the most dominant 3 of the early years and got the hardware that others morebtalented 3s have not
8. Baron Davis- solid as a rock PG who did something for Orlando Shaq couldn't Won it all in Star fashion
9. LBJ- a ring would move him up the ranks 2 would move him into top of the list consideration
10. Dwight- Jesus its all I can say..this dude rebounds like no one has .plays defense and is a solid scorer ... if we were starting with all Bigs at 19yrs old I probably draft him #1 ..

1. Ray Allen - He doesn't have the individual awards that some guys have, though nine All-Star nods and eight All-League awards are nothing to sneeze at. Where he has shined this league is in the playoffs, and ultimately that's what counts the most. His championships span three decades and two centuries. His first coming in 1999 with the Bullets and his most recent being in 2010. He only played for three teams his entire career to the point, those being the Bullets, Nets and Hawks. He won championships with all three.
2. Kevin Garnett - Impossible to write the history of this iteration without one of the most polarizing players. His treasure trove of individual awards is pretty much unmatched. Fourteen All-Star appearances, fifteen All-League awards, eight time Defensive Player of the Year, two time MVP. He lacked a bit in rings, only getting one where he was the Playoff MVP.
3. Shaquille O'Neal - I'm putting Shaq ever so slightly behind Garnett, they're almost interchangeable. Three MVP awards, one time Defensive Player of the Year, ten time All-Star and ten time All-League. He won two championships, winning Playoff MVP in the latter one in 2005. He was a true big man and was the most dominant player in the league at points. You can definitely argue he retired a year or two early as well.
4. Jason Terry - I know his career has tailed off and he didn't remain elite, but that stretch of five seasons with three MVP awards and two Playoff MVP awards was just unbelievable. There was a feeling during that stretch that any team could trot Jason Terry out onto the court and win a championship because he was that good.
5. Zach Randolph - I haven't been particularly high on Randolph at any point in his career, but there's no denying his resume. Ten All-Star game nods and eight All-League awards. But his most crowning achievements are his three championships, and for two of which he was the Playoff MVP. The first one felt fluky in the weak Western Conference on the Suns, but those two with the Celtics were special.
6. Tracy McGrady - Unlike a lot of people in this list, he never won an MVP award. Though he's a seven time All-Star and has five time All-League awards. Where he has shined recently is in the playoffs. He went eleven seasons before hoisting a Larry O'Brien trophy. These last two seasons with the Hawks have been story book for him, winning back to back championships as the Playoff MVP both times.
7. Chris Paul - I already give him the edge over Terrell Brandon. Neither have rings, but both have three MVP awards. Paul has been the best player in the league but I think has been in some unfortunate situations.
8. Terrell Brandon - No rings really hurts him, and he was on plenty of good teams that could've made runs and didn't. Can't deny though that the man had three MVP awards though, he was very dominant.
9. Kobe Bryant - I think Kobe has been the best player in the league at several points in his career, but the accolades aren't there. He has the one championship that he got in 2006, and has a chance to pass Kareem in points, but he's never won MVP.
10. Baron Davis - At points in his career you could argue he was underrated. But he has an MVP award and a ring where he was the Playoff MVP.

1- Shaq. Dominate for years, mvps championships, all nba teams. Did it all. Didn’t win as many championships as he should of but yeah I think he’s done enough to get the #1 spot
2- KG. Like shaq has everything, still kicking and playing at a star level. Also didn’t win as much as he should of.
3- Ray Allen All time winner. He was an elite player for over a decade. He’s won 5 championships, 3 of those 5 you could argue he was the best player on the team. He didn’t cheese at PG he was just phenomenal.
4-Jason Terry- 3 time mvp, won a couple championships. He was elite for 8+ years, him and Ray was probably the best duo we’ll see. He cheesed at PG but whatever still unbelievable Fucking ebbs gets these boosts man smh.
5- Chris Paul. Might be a little early and he doesn’t have the championships but he’s won 3 mvps? He just hasn’t had a really good team around him until the last year or two. I think he’s going to be a top 2 player when he’s all said and done
6- Tmac- Yeah I’m gonna homer this one, he’s not an mvp like donkey said but he’s carried the hawks the last two years to improbable championship runs. Hes made a ton of all star and all nba teams and beat both ebbs brothers after being down 3-1 in both series. That alone should jump him to top 2. But I’ll calm down a little and place him at 6.
7- Kobe Bryant shocked to find out he’s never won an mvp but I agree with donkey, I think he was the best player in the league for years. Probably 7 + years. He did have a tendency to choke come playoff time but we’ll blame gopher and Allen Iverson for some fails. I think he was elite enough to be put at 7 even if he doesn’t have an mvp or the championships
8- Zbo. He has been pretty elite for most of his career. 3 championships and he was the best player for all 3. Going back and forth between him and Kobe but I went Kobe over zbo because I felt he was the better player for longer.
9- Brandon 3 mvps elite player for good teams but never won it all. You can call me bitter putting him at 9 might have something to do with him sucking on my team lol when your making a top 10 list it’s really subjective and I think most people will have the same guys in different orders outside of you know Hank
10- Baron Davis mvp, ring was really good for a long time. Really tough putting 10 guys together there was so many great players

1. KG
I haven't been around too long, but from just looking at the HOF, Awards history, etc. His catalogue is overwhelming.
2. Terry
Has plenty of MVPs and rings to boot. Again, haven't been here since he was elite, but his player page is hilarious to go through.
3. Ray Allen
Probs the best scorer in the iteration. 5 titles, with Back to back titles with ATL. Plenty of All Star Games and All League Teams.
4. Shaq
Wasn't in BS during his reign, but the HOF and history books plead his case for him.
5. Kobe
Could be all time leading scorer with a title as well. Not a lot of accolades though.
6. TMac
B2B titles with Ray, but Tmac was the playoffs MVP. Shined in the biggest moments.
7. ZBo
3 titles and 2 Playoff MVPs. Another player who was elite before I joined, but one glance at his player page pleads his case as well.
8. CP3
Doesn't have the titles yet, but he's just so damn good. 3 MVPs already. Titles will come to him, hopefully.
9. Vince
Another player who was elite before I joined, but he carried me to the playoffs in his old age nevertheless. Elite scorer, all star games, all league teams, and all defense teams scattered across his resume.
10. Baron Davis
Like I've been saying, most these guys were elite before I joined, but he got a ring, MVP, and playoff MVP. Damn good player.

1 Shaq - Most Dominant Big in the league. Won 3 MVP awards and was an NBA Finals. Could have (or should have) won a few more
2 KG - back to back MVP wins in 05-06 and 06-07. Has all the accolades minus the multiple finals wins. Best Defensive player this league.
3 Jason Terry - 3 MVPS and 2 Finals MVPs. Might finish top five scorer at the end of this season. Still putting up 20+ per game, maybe can stay another couple years in the league.
4 Ray Allen - Won 5 championships and nearly had double digit in all-star appearances (9) and all-league nominations (8)
5 Zach Randolph - Double Double machine with multiple championships. Extremely efficient player who didn't turn the ball over alot. Consistently led the league in rebounding.
6 CP3 - Has already won 3 MVPs and is going to win at least a couple more. Playing with Joe Johnson and solid supporting cast should give them the opportunity to win. Could and should easily move up this list.
7 Terrell Brandon - 3 time MVP and was one of the best pgs in the league for a good period of time.
8 Baron Davis - Has an MVP and a ring. If he won another mvp or two, he would probably move above Brandon for me. Elite defender as well
9 Tracy McGrady - Was the best player on a coupe of championship teams in the latter part of his career. Fantastic all around player that can do a little bit of everything
10 Kobe Bryant - Has a chance to become the all-time leading scorer. Has had a really good career with alot of accolades and a ship

1. Kevin Garnett - He was expected to be the GOAT right from the start as a teen with an A pot. And he did not disappoint. Every team he has been in had really good defense. Had a lot of DPOYs
2. Ray Allen - 5 Championships. Gave all his teams championships. Gave xxplayerxx23 two championships (Says a lot). Proved that its easiest to win in an outside offense. Over 3,000 threes. Once scored 68 points.
3. Zach Randolph - Three championships. His first with the Suns may have been just luck but when he won with the Celtics (with a mid-PG), it cemented his status as one of the best. Was the best big man for at least 3 years.
4. Jason Terry - At the start we were sure he was going to be the GOAT. But a couple of bad TCs ruined his chances. Still a great career with three MVP awards.
5. Shaquille O'Neal - He started his career as a cancer but bounced back. Three time MVP and two championships.
6. Tracy McGrady - Two championships with xxplayerxx23 (says a lot). Very consistent all throughout his career.
7. Kobe Bryant - Kobe was supposed to be the GOAT after the first draft but he never got his turnovers down. One championship is all he got.
8. Chris Paul - He's in his prime and he already has three MVP awards. FBB loves PGs and he's the best PG right now. He will win in the future. Can still be on top.
9. Terrell Brandon - He was really quick and was a three time MVP. Too bad he didn't win a ship. Can also steal the ball.
10. Baron Davis - He was an MVP and he ended the Shaq curse. The switch from the Raptors to the Magic was also epic. I think the Raptors have been tanking since.

1) Ray Allen - Has the most playoff success and was consistently dominant for a long period of time.

2) Shaquille O'Neal - Most dominant big we have seen and also has his share of playoff success. Not the build that I covet most but you cant argue with his results.

3) Kevin Garnett - Second most dominant big and probably the number 1 player defensively in this iteration. Probably didnt win as many rings as he should have.

4) Chris Paul - This ranking is more about how I feel he will be viewed when all is said and done. Already has 3 MVP awards and could easily have 5 or 6 by the time he retires. Has won a ring but in the right situation I feel he will. Could be happening this year.

5) Zach Randolph - All around nasty big and 3 ships wins already. Best rebounder this iteration? Slips a little because I feel his peak isnt as good as the guys listed above.

6) Jason Terry - Had probably the most dominant peak of any guy weve seen so far. He tailed off in the second half of his career but has still had an overall fantastic career.

7) Kobe Bryant - Simply fantastic career that hasnt resulted in playoff success. You could argue his peak against Terry's. I gave Terry the nod over him mostly based on playoff success.

8) Tracy McGrady - Dude is a born winner, coming off back to back ships where he lead the Hawks to convincing wins in both instances. Still looking spicy at a stage where most guys would be falling off.

9) Terrell Brandon - I had never even heard of him prior to this iteration and he goes and becomes one of the best PGs we have ever seen. Cavs never really had playoff success but it certainly wasnt his fault.

10) Vince Carter - Hes here basically because I needed one more player and he was next up on the all time points leaderboards. Dirk is close in that regard but Vince edges him out because of defense. Dirk was never a stud defender and Vince was.

1. Shaq - He didn't have as many rings as you might expect given his dominance, but he did manage to get 2 and one finals MVP. He was arguably the best big in the league for basically a decade, which is unmatched.

2. KG - He was the best defensive player in the league for over a decade. 8 time DPOY is absolutely insane, and he would have a strong case for #1 if he had won another ring or two.

3. Ray Allen - He may have never been the best player on any of his teams, but it's hard to argue against 5 rings and winning with every team he played for. And he'll retire in the top 3 in points all time.

4. Jason Terry - He's fallen off in the past two seasons, but Terry was the best example of cheesing a SG at PG this iteration. He led the Bullets to back to back rings as the finals MVP, and surrounded those years with 3 other MVPs. He was insanely dominant in that period, and arguably the most valuable player in the league at that time.

5. Kobe Bryant - The accolades aren't there, but his peak was good enough that it deserved multiple MVPs and more than one ring. He's still arguably the best wing in the league, and has a great chance of retiring with >40000 points and #1 in scoring.

6. Zach Randolph - He's been a lock for at least 20/12 for most of his career, and was a top 3 big for a good portion of that. He was the best player on his team for all three of his championships.

7. Baron Davis - He's been an assist machine his entire career, and is top 3 all time in the category. He's also top 40 in all time points. He has both a ring and an MVP.

8. Chris Paul - He hasn't won yet, but he already has 3 MVPs and might be on pace for his 4th. He'll continue to move up this list, especially if he can win a ring (or a few).

9. Tracy McGrady - He wouldn't have been on my radar for this list, but back to back playoff MVPs for the Hawks, who weren't favorites either time, is insanely impressive.

10. Terrell Brandon - This might seem a little low given that he won 3 MVPs, but I don't think he's better than any of the guys above him on this list, and he was never able to win.

1. Ray Allen: As a GM who has owned him, he single handedly made you a playoff team with his ridiculous scoring ability. In addition, he was able to rebound and defend to an effective degree. Lastly and most importantly, he has 5 championships and that's what we are all aiming for when we trade for players

2. Shaq: the most dominant big that we've had on both ends of the floor. Winning multiple MVPs as a center is a feat in itself given how FBB favors PGs

3. KG: there is a reason NC held onto him for as long as he did. He is the best defensive big we've seen in this iteration, if not the most in any FBB league I've been in. The DPOTY awards, rebound/block records alone set him as a top big in any FBB league history. I personally favor this type of big who can shoot FTs too so I have to put KG here

4. CP3: the best PG we have seen in this iteration. He has same number of MVP as Terrell, no finals MVP but his stats alone are record-breaking numbers

5. Jason Terry: the PG that came after TB. When Terry was on his prime, he can single-handedly win you playoff series. he has 3 MVP and 2 finals MVP awards. 14th in all time leading scorer and still a decent scorer given his age of 34 is pretty ridiculous.

6. Kobe Bryant: the most dominant wing that we've had in this iteration. second all time in pts and as long as FBB doesn't retire him, I can see him adding to his stats for years because he looks like the RJ barrett of this iteration and can play until he is well into his late 30s

7. T-Mac: he is kind of a late bloomer in the sense that he was hidden behind Kobe and he didn't bring a champsionship ring(s) until the past couple of seasons. He has been a consistent 20++ scorer who can defend and rebound, but the award wasn't there. Now he has proven himself

8. Dirk Nowitzski: given his versatility as a SF/PF and as efficient a scorer as anyone else, I put him after Kobe and T-Mac as the third best wing that I can think of at the moment.

9. Terrell Brandon: he was THE point guard of the league until we started rolling in the likes of CP3/Curry/Rose/Telfair to name the ones that come to my mind. Even in this FBB era of multiple MVP caliber PGs, TB would give a run for their money with his scoring/ defense/rebounding and efficiency.

10. Zach Randolph: 3 rings to his name and he was the leader in all those chips. Zbo has regressed a little but still a very elite scorer/rebounder who also can defend.

1. Shaq -- From my perspective, Shaq looks like the most dominate player that this file has seen. He was an absolute monster on both ends of the court and didn't really fade too much throughout his entire career. This one seems pretty clear, but from here on out, the rankings become a lot more difficult.

2. KG -- It's really difficult to put anyone else here, as I tend to believe that in the earlier version of this game, KG's impact was absolutely bonkers. He filled up the stat sheet and collected a ton of trophies along the way. I'm not going to let Championships dictate this ranking too much, because that tends to become more about GM skill than individual player skiller. KG should have more than one championship... but that shouldn't be pinned on him.

3. Kobe -- Kobe is Kobe. He's absolutely cracked and should have won more championships. Similar to KG, I'm not going to hold that against him, as that tends to fall on the GM more. Kobe is the dream asset in this game and he has the awards to back that up. Give me Kobe over everyone below him all day every day.

4. Baron Davis -- I probably have Baron a bit higher than others, but it's extremely tough to pass up on a PG that is as dominate as Baron. he has (and had) the dream build for your PG and isn't a product of cheesing a SG at PG. Probably should have won more in his career, but sometimes there isn't much you can do about that. From looking at the index, I think Baron is clearly the #1 PG in the league's history.

5. Ray Allen -- Here's where it likely gets interesting. You could slot 5-9 in any order and I don't think I'd disagree. Ray falls at 5 here simply due to his prolonged excellence and the fact that he won 5 RANGZ on so many different teams. This is the only player that I'll rank higher due to rings.....

6. Jason Terry -- Probably should be higher on the list, but I find it tough to move him above any of the previously ranked guys. I'm also an anti-SG @ PG guy, but you gotta give Terry credit. 3 MVPs is awesome, especially since he was able to deliver some championships as well.

7. ZBO -- ZBO has been a rock at PF in an era where people focused more on scoring from the outside. It's fairly rare to find a dominate PF who can be an option in both balanced and outside, but ZBO is that guy. It may be a debate, but I think he's clearly been the best player on all of his championship teams and is still delivering the goods.

8. TMac -- He has always been fairly good, but many he has sure turned it up towards the end of his career. He's be the key reason why the Hawks have been so damn good the past few seasons and you literally cannot leave him off this list. Great great player that likely should have performed better earlier in his career.

9. Chris Paul -- First young guy on the list!!! CP3 is broken. Plain and simple. He's going to continue to rack up awards in this league and if he ends up with a ring or two, he likely ends up #1 when its all said and done. Dream PG.

10. Dwight Howard -- A bit of a surprise here at 10, as Dwight hasn't won a championship nor looks like he will anytime soon. However, my thoughts towards Dwight has changed a lot lately and honestly, he is probably the best player in the file presently. He's just so dominate in an era where we no longer focus on inside scoring. A lot of players could fall into this #10 spot, but its clearly Dwight for me.

Likely to end up top 10 eventually: LeBron, Melo, Kemba, Steph

1. Shaq - rings, mvps, all the accolades. Shaq was as well-rounded as bigs come. What makes him 1 for me is the fact that he dominated even without being an option regardless of teammates. An alphas alpha.
2. Ray Allen - I really debated Ray at one, but I just couldn’t justify him over shaq. In a league that has had some absolutely incredible wings, Ray has been by far the most accomplished from a winning standpoint, and shot his way into 4th all time for points scored. He was good almost immediately and hung on to his prime for a long time.
3. Zbo- Zbo is being slept on in this rankings in my opinion. At his peak he wasn’t far off of shaq and possibly more efficient. He is a nearly perfect winning piece at big man with little to no holes in his game. He carried a team to a title and was the best player on 2 others.
4. KG - KG is the best defensive player so far this file. He was the main cog for the wolves as they dominated the west for years with very little push back from other teams. I think KG gets a little overstated in this file because the West has sucked ass for so long, but he still easily a top 5 guys. I have him at 4 here.
5. Kobe - Kobe from a ratings production standpoint should be in contention for 1, but he has shown to be a little bit of a choker, which is wild. If Kobe were to grab another ship or 2, I think he could certainly leap up as high as 2 on this list, but time is against him now.
6. Jason Terry - looked like he could be in the goat talk at one point, but he fizzled out a bit as he got older. At his peak, you could argue he may have had the highest.
7. TMac - has always been a beast and part of the big pack of great wings that ran through the league over the last ~10 years, but he recently became a dominant force leading the hawks to back to back ships as their best player. This cemented his legacy as a top all time player for me.
8. Baron Davis - very long prime, winning player, and super well rounded. He is a pretty ideal build for PG and can compliment any top tier players well.
9. Dirk - I wanted to rank him higher because he’s had a long and awesome career but I couldn’t decide who above him I’d move down. Unreal offensive player and up there with the best of the best in his prime. He’s a little lower for me as due to being a kind of tweener forward here he was never a great defender. He made up for that somewhat by being a + rebounder at SF, but he still was never quite as well rounded as the rest of the list.
10. CP3 - I don’t really like putting someone on that hasn’t won anything yet, but it’s hard to see him not getting there. 3 MVPs already at this stage is just ridiculous. I am pretty confident he will be much higher on this list eventually.

Ray Allen - most accomplished wing by far, consistent as fuck still playing a big role for a championship team.
Shaquille O’Neal - most unstoppable big in league history, easy championship. Won’t see another big like him.

Zach Randolph - my first season paying attention he lead a pretty meh Suns team to a championship, to do that from the PF position is incredibly impressive. Has been a force for Boston and Indiana. He likely isn’t done winning rings

Tracy McGrady - one of the best all around wings the league has seen. Consistent threat to win the championship.

Kevin Garnett - lead the Timberwolves to the top of the West for a really long time. Best defensive big in league history. (until brook lopez really takes over lol)

Jason Terry - such a fun player with his handles and outside shooting. MVP who could do it all

kobe Bryant real elite two way wing with a championship to show for.

Dirk Nowitzki - best PF/SF you could ask for. Such a mismatch for whoever trying to guard him. Lead the bucks to a near dynasty and the Sonics to a championship.

chris Paul - his name speaks for himself. 3 MVP’s at his age is insane. Needs a ring or two to jump up.

Baron Davis insanely dominant in his day. Such a beast

1. KG - I feel like with how he carried the Wolves for so long, and at his age he’s still capable of winning another DPOT (he did in CPU pre) he’s been extremely dominant. Probably

2. Shaq - Another extremely dominant player that elevated every team he was on into a contender. Multiple MVPs, defensive player of the year and was in contention for it every year. 6th in all time rebounds, 7th in all time scoring. I’m sure he’s up there on the block list as well.

3. Jason Terry - He was probably the most dominant player from his draft class for a stint, 3 MVPs, a couple rings. 6th in all time scoring and he kinda fell off in later years

4. Ray Allen - Could probably swap him with Terry at 3 in terms of how they elevated a team but the league had less dominant pg so Terry thrived. Definitely one of if not the best shooter in league history and sits at #4 in all time scoring, if he plays his contract out and still contributes he could get to #2.

5. Kobe Bryant - I feel like a lot of years he was the best player in the league but he never really won many awards and no MVPs. 9x all star, 3 all league first teams. He’d probably have more than that if Terry wasn’t at SG. He’s #2 in all time scoring and could reach 1 if he plays long enough.

6. Zach Randolph - He’s got 3 rings, averages 20/12/3 for his career. Only reason I don’t really have him higher is because he’s never really been elite on the defensive end.

7. CP3 - he’s got 3 MVPs and counting l, no rings yet but he’s only 26 and I feel like he’s the best and most valuable player in the league right now. He can probably win one or two with Ty if he can add an elite defensive big. He’ll probably climb this list

8. Tracyyyy McGrady - He took a couple years to become an elite scorer and then I had Vince Carter who was just a better scorer at the time. He’s always been a great rebounder and passer, your ideal SG.

9. Vince Carter - Extremely good scorer for most of his career, played both sides of the ball.

10. Baron Davis - One of the better point guards to have touched the hard wood in this iteration. He can do everything from score, make plays, and lock up the opposing point guard.

Obviously I'm quite new to the league and missed a lot of these greats, but I'll give it a shot based on stats and the input from others...

1. Shaq -- Sounds like he's pretty much a no brainer. Dominant big men are hard to come by in this league and his stats are heroic. Playoff success also helps with his two championships and being a regular season and postseason MVP.

2. KG -- He could really do it all and even still is extremely valuable late in his career. His defense is second to none and versatility to play either forward spot or center spot is insane. Many trophies along the way, although it only looks like one championship.

3. Jason Terry -- Terry jumped off the page at me when I first started digging. Back to back finals MVP sandwiched by multiple regular season MVPs shows that when he was in his prime, he was unstoppable, even if that was short lived in comparison to other all-timers.

4. Terrell Brandon -- The consistent knock on TB is that he never won it all but was the top point guard in the league during his prime. A 3 time MVP at the most important position in the game puts him among the greats here.

5. Chris Paul -- I haven't been here long but already see the greatness of CP3. I mean, just this season he's averaging 23 points, 12 assists and nearly 4 steals per game! He's still young and the three time reigning MVP. He may end up at the top of the list in a few seasons, especially if he can get a ring or two.

6. Kobe Bryant -- This guy has been consistently one of the greatest scorers of all time. No matter what, this guy puts up numbers. It's a shame it hasn't worked out thus far in the playoffs, but he's still in the conversation as the top SG in the league and hasn't shown signs of slowing down.

7. Ray Allen -- 5 rings. That's all you have to say. Career high 68 point game to boot, this guy has been a dominant scorer his entire career just like Kobe. He's the guy every team needs on the wing to build a winner.

8. Zach Randolph -- Perhaps a little low for him compared to others and I blame that on my brain for seeing his name and thinking "meh." But 3 championships will tell you otherwise. Guy is a machine that consistently does 20+/12+ and snags a steal and block per game. Very hard to find in this league. Hasn't seemed to slow down at all either.

9. LeBron James -- What's not to love about LeBron? He actually should sky rocket up this list as his career continues, but it'll be hard to be as decorated as CP3 with FBB showing favoritism towards PGs. Either way, this guy is a monster and I think he's on the brink of leading the Magic to a few championships if they can keep improving around him.

10. Dwight Howard -- Going homer with this pick here. His talent alone should have him higher on this list but he's got to prove that teams can win with him. A lot of that will be on me building a team that uses his strengths to their maximum. He's undeniably the top big in the game right now and only 25 years old.

1. Shaq - He was so dominant at his peak and was able to produce like that even as a non option. Always was in contention and has a couple rings as well. MVPS too. He basically hits on everything and the key to me is that he arguably has had top peak so far.

2. Terry - Maybe the only player that has an argument for their peak over shaq. It was a little shorter but for a couple years he was not only getting the accolades but just seemed unbeatable. MVP's and rings as well. Just a dominant stretch for the Bullets early on in his career that matches basically anyone else.

3. KG - All sorts of accolades for KG and he just dominated the west for a very long time. One ring and DPOY/MVPS. His offense probably wasn't quite as good as some other top players but he was the best of the best defensively for a long time and did have some great offensive years too.

4. Kobe Bryant - He doesn't quite have the accolades, in part due to #2 being listed at SG while playing PG. He has the same # of rings as KG despite having to go through the tougher Eastern conference. His peak is right there with the best of them but there were a couple disappointing playoffs runs. From the Terry/Vince/Dwight support on the rockets to the multiple double digit differential heat teams with AI/Pierce he just hasn't had tons of success despite the talent around him.

5. Ray Allen - This was tough, despite the rings and accolades I dropped him down to 5. I mostly have been basing this on best peaks so far and while Allen won a lot he was rarely the best player on his own teams on the way to championships. Still an incredible player but I think all of the above were better for a stretch than he ever was.

6. ZBO - He has been the best player on a few title teams so the success is there. Another great big man with some accolades and success, he was very dominant as well throughout his peak on both suns and celtics especially.

7. Tmac - Really dominant recent stretch with the Hawks, leading them to 2 rings. Was probably a little underrated before these runs but he has proven himself worthy of a spot here for sure.

8. Dirk - He isn't quite the same player now but he had a very dominant stretch as an incredible scorer. Not as good as Tmac+Kobe but he does had the success and offensively is right there with basically any wing.

9. Baron Davis - He has had a great career and probably the best PG so far outside of Terry. CP3 is likely going to take that spot and maybe even jump Terry who knows but I am leaving the young guys off until they do a little more. I think the career/success of a guy like Baron earns a spot on the list before them

10. CP3, Dwight, Lebron, Steph, Kemba... You can go with CP3 for now given he has been dominating and has the accolades already. These young guys will probably start to move up over time and I want to acknowledge them but think the 9 above them deserve their rank for now.

1) Jason Terry - 3x MVP, 2x Champ, 2x Playoff MVP, 7x All-NBA 1st team, 6th all-time in points, 14th in assists. He'd be the all-time leader in points if he didn't share the court with Ray or Kobe the majority of his career. He accomplished as much as any player in the league while never having overall best player in the league ratings. He was never a better individual player than Shaq, Kobe, or KG. I apologize for the heartbreak that came with trading him to the Pacers, should've had a few more years contending here.

2) Shaq - I honestly think he underachieved, when Cloud got the Magic, I was legit like, "Oh damn, he's got three of the first five." Was it the free throw shooting? Was it the pressure? Still, 3x MVP, two titles in two different places.

3) KG - Was everything you hoped he would be and has had the most insane longevity. Top 15 in steals, #1 in blocks, the most impactful defensive player this iteration by a mile.

4) Ray Allen - Not as good as Tracy or Kobe but good enough to win five titles and vastly exceed their careers on three different teams in various roles. He didn't come in a teen and wasn't viewed as the same high ceiling as Kobe/Duncan but he was a contributor day one and has had an insanely valuable career.

5) Tracy McGrady - Rewarded with a true contender later in his run and blessed with health that his actual career didn't allow, he's had a very remarkable go of it. What could've been if I but the bullet and flipped Gay for him three seasons ago... (Do I regret it? Maaaayyyybbeee.)

6) Chris Paul - 3x MVP and the best player of the last five or so years, can he get over the hump and justify this placement?

7) David Robinson - Everyone saying Z-Bo is nuts. Admiral was better at everything and in his brief career won twice, grabbed an MVP and finished top 35 in points. Dude still has the rebound record.

8) Terrell Brandon - 3x MVP, didn't punch through but didn't have the opportunities a lot of the above did.

9) Kobe Bryant - 3x MVP, 3x Champ -- wait. Nah. He WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE GOAT. Donkey teased him for 25 sim seasons and when he got here, he was everything he was promised to be. He was damn near RJ Barrett level ratings and for whatever reason, only reached the apex once. #2 All-time leading scorer, feels insane to say he underachieved but we all expected him to be a complete power shifter and he never got there. The man was averaging 31-7-3 shooting 50-50-90 and the Heat were winning 50 something games? HOW? (LOOKS AT MELO)

10) Z-Bo - Tough between him and Baron here but I was always thought Baron's numbers were inflated due to athletics trumping skill. Give me three titles over three MVP awards.
