29: Panic. Fuck you, Panic.
28: Nate, I never even know when he’s a GM
27: Foreman, lazy. I argued he was underrated at the start of the file but he’s done fuck all since his original Philly talent died out.
26: Henny basically only contributes by giving Cloud a sketchy deal every few years. Other than that he’s miserable to deal with and fucks around with weird players.
25: Hokey, slow learner. Nice guy but very little growth as a GM. In fairness, Henny was his mentor.

29. Nate - He's too busy fracking and hiding from his wife.
28. Foreman - He's been better recently, but you'd be hard pressed to find someone who has drafted more busts.
27. Panic - He drafts well, but never turns it into anything. Look at how much better the Pistons were after he left.
26. Brad - I like him, but he's one of 6 franchises to have not made the finals this league.
25. Henny - Last in the finals with Rudy Gay (and Anthony Davis). He has made the playoffs 22 times but has a .406 winning percentage in the playoffs. Desperately needs to either learn and/or embrace a rebuild.
