Kevin Garnett - He led the team that defeated us in the playoffs 5 times (1999 Round 1, 2000 WCSF, 2001 WCSF, 2003 WCSF, 2004 WCF)

Luis Scola - The Byron Mullens - Luis Scola trade looked good at first but the Grizzlies GM hate turnovers so much that he benched Scola in just his second season with the team. Byron Mullens turned out really well, as expected.

We have been bounced by the Phoenix Suns in the playoffs four different seasons. But the toughest of those were from 2011-2013 when they took us out in three consecutive seasons. Who was the star player on that team responsible for our demise? None other than Al Jefferson, who gave us nightmares. We never had the strongest front court and Jefferson would dominate us. Honorable mentions from those teams would be Ryan Gomes, C.J. Watson and Guna Ra who were on all three of those teams.

The next player who is hated by our franchise is Carlos Boozer. We've been having to face that dirty player for so many years now, and he was in part responsible for two different playoff exits, albeit nine years a part.

HM: Tracy McGrady who publicly requested a trade and leaked the news to the press that Delonte was sleeping with his mother. Tracy couldn't get the job done in Los Angeles and immediately upon being traded started winning rings. The exit was ugly and the aftermath just made fans hate him. Though they did like him when he was here, until it became a him vs. Delonte issue.

Julius Randle - The Jayson Tatum trade. Randle himself is a fine player, but the fans resent him for what could've been with Tatum and KAT. Being contenders is helping ease the pain, but Randle coming off the bench in favor of Andrew Bogut makes the fans disgruntled with the trade even more.

Nikola Vucevic - Where to even start. Gave up a lot of capital to move up for Vucevic and he was unequivocally a bust in every regards. Had to do hard work to get those picks back, and Vucevic was just never anything good. Eventually moved him for a pick, somehow, but fans never got over him being as big of a bust as he was.

HM: Marc Gasol probably resents the pistons. Was a key piece in moving for Vucevic who sucked. Now Gasol is in Miami looking for revenge in the playoffs against the pistons. Drama!!

Kevin Durant - Durant was supposed to the savior for a Bucks franchise that struggled under an inactive and incompetent ownership during the mid 2000s. Under new management, Durant was selected number 1 overall but did nothing but disappoint. Coming into training camp out of shape and lazy, Durant immediately declined scoring wise as a rookie and sunk his own value, and has since only been a fringe all star talent when he was initially projected to be one of the great players in league history. Durant's failures alone set the Bucks franchise and fans back years.

Rudy Fernandez - Initially a fan favorite, Rudy Fernandez lead the Bucks to their return to relevancy after he was traded for mid rebuild. Rudy was given the keys to the franchise and shined as the first option and point guard for a young Bucks team. The mentor to other young players like Evan Turner, Ricky Rubio, Michael Beasley, and Dario Saric - Fernandez elected to leave the franchise in free agency and even take a pay cut to join a middling Rockets team and avoid that state income tax. To this day, Bucks fans hold resentment to Rudy, as the once popular jersey has since been burned and trashed. The loss of Fernandez along with disappointing internal growth from Beasley and Saric sent the Bucks swiftly back into a rebuild, however they have since recovered with the addition of superstar Kyrie Irving and rookie phenom Deandre Ayton

1) Kemba Walker. Bullets fans hate hearing that Steph is not a deity. They believe he’s pure of heart and a perfect player. Canadian flag Twitter thinks Kemba is better and thousands of Bullets Twitter accounts have been blocked over ridiculous arguments between the two. The 2015 Finals set the franchise ablaze and greatly increased their hatred.

2) Deron Williams. Bullets fans did not want a rebuild, they did not want to move on from Jason Terry. When freshly drafted hot prospect Williams came back in the trade fans at least understood the vision. Deron looked like a star early but quickly buddied up to George Bush and other DC elites who ran him astray. He started partying, drugs, allegations of foul play and worse crept into the locker room. Deron regressed the next two years and things came to a head when young Al Horford told Deron all Republicans are c****. Things seemed unsalvageable and management dealt Deron for Nene, Beno, and a future pick to salvage the situation. Several years later Deron quit the nose beers got in shape, became an All-Star and even won a title. Bullets fans hate the fuck out of that man.

Honorable mention : Deron Williams...was a good not great player ..got traded and decided to take his level of play up 2 levels to Elite Champ status..something he had plenty of opportunity to do in Denver but didnt

Raymond Felton, came in like a ball of fire with 95 pot things were looking up everybody was hyped up and then he just went through TC didn’t work for fat and didn’t wanna get better. Just terrible. He’s a bitch to the fan base forever.

Khris Middelton- don’t even get me started, boost Or stayed the same TWICEEEEEE. Kept getting a little better gave us hope but then would go -1 or not do anything in tc. Never been more frustrated about a player. Our fan base goes off on him still in LA he gets hate Tweets. What Could of been!!

Kobe Bryant: he was the best player on heat when nets were competing and we played against them numerous times in the playoffs. This led to a pretty lob sided loss to us in our playoff runs

Wes matthews/Beno Udrih: similar type of player who can 3 and d but turned over the room so much that they never really helped the team succeed. As good as they were on the defensive end, it was painful to see how many games they lost for the Nets solely from turning the ball over so much

John Wall - Where the hell do I even begin with this guy? San Antonians were ready to enter the 2009 NBA season with moderate hope that Derrick Rose, Beno Udrich, and Angre Igudala could lead their team to the playoffs. No one expected much, just the opportunity to watch the team battle it out in a seven game series. However, little did they know that the team’s ownership had stepped in and were pulling strings behind GM Brooks’ back the entire summer. Wall, the presumed #1 pick of the draft that summer, blew up summer workouts all off-season and secured his position as the best prospect in the draft class. The Miami Heat selected him #1, but oddly enough, they were ready to dish him out for a package of future picks immediately. This resulted in Brooks being backstabbed by ownership - apperently they had been working all off-season to pull of this blockbuster; effectively swapping Andre Igudala for John Wall.

Once in San Antonio, Wall found it very difficult to break into the rotation, even though his raw skills were off the chart. It took him nearly four seasons to get his first crack at the starting rotation, but there just wasn’t enough production to offset the constant mental errors he had on the court. Enough was enough, and Brooks finally convinced ownership to send him out in a surprising package from Phoenix.

It doesn’t end there tho. Mr. Wall eventually found himself on the Lakers, with the GM and his RunSoHard mentality willing to giveup his future to get his hands on the once promising point guard. Interestingly enough, the Spurs owned the rights to the Lakers 2017 1st draft pick, a presumed lotto due to the lack of talent in the Lakers’ roster. Fans, excited by the possibility of having 2-3 lottery picks, could not wait to see Wall perform his typical antics and bury the Lakers’ playoffs dreams early into the season. As we all know, that was not the reality. Fans, and GMs alike, were incredulous to see the Lakers out-perform their expectations, which Wall leading the charge. Even when off the roster, John Wall still haunts the fans of San Antonio to this day.

#2 As the Spurs have not had too much playoff battles due to lack of success, the hate is easy to fall on previous players of the franchise. Here, this is where Beno Udrich comes into place. Another player who could nearly do it all, except for cutting out the mental mistakes. Udrich was one of the best scorers in the entire league, yet his turnover issues led to multiple lost games for the team. The fans have never been able to forgive him for not reaching his true potential. Maybe unjustified, but the fans boo Beno every chance they get.

Tracy McGrady on his route to two rings went right through the Hornets. No matter who the Hornets had to throw at him. Elite shooter, defender and facilitator. Tracy McGrady was quoted as saying “Fuck Charlotte” and has been booed ever since.

Al Jefferson dominated against Charlotte in the NBA finals, it was like a men amongst boys. Probably averaged 25/12 on elite percentages lol. Then with Miami gave them a clear huge advantage

honorable mention to CJ Watson for giving Paul legit problems in the finals too.

1. Steph Curry - We lost 5 straight times to the Bullets in the playoffs and he is obviously the biggest reason why. Often times they were very close series some going 7 and injuries at one point too so fans probably despise the recent Bullets. On top of this we had top 2 odds in that Curry/Kemba draft and fell making it worse.

2. Tim Duncan (and Dirk)- Kobe and Duncan were always meant to matchup with each other early, we got plenty of it from the #1/#2 picks from first draft. In this case Duncan often got the best of Kobe/Heat in game 7's in the playoffs including one on the way to winning a title. Fans most likely hated both Duncan/Dirk given the early losses we had to the Bucks.

1. Jason Terry - Jason Terry being Godly for a 3-5 year stretch single handedly cost Minnesota another 1-2 rings. Minnesota fans are still heart broken after losing in back to back game 7's in the NBA finals against Jason Terry and the Bullets. We are two game's away from NC being the GOAT of this iteration, and Ebbs not being shamed as a file digging CHEATER. Fans will forever hate Jason Terry for this.

2. Joakim Noah - The post Ostertag/KG era in Minnesota was rough for a few years. The Wolves gave up NOT 1 NOT 2 BUT 3 picks / swaps to acquire Joakim Noah to become the new anchor in the post. This trade came a year after he was one of the top FA candidates in the FA pool (thats how shitty FA was) so we thought he would be a quality addition..... we were wrong, Noah was lazy, not good, and could barely muster up 9 ppg and 9 rpg during his short lived time in Minnesota.

Zach Randolph - Zach was such an issue during the playoffs when he was a member of the Phoenix Suns. He bullied our tough defensive front court in a few playoff series and helped the Suns win a ring while GSW still does not. Zach then went to Boston to defeat the warriors in the finals in 6. If GSW avoids ZBO, it’s likely they have a championship.

Steve Francis - early in the years of BSL the warriors made a deal for Steve “Franchise”Francis. It was looking to be a start to a solid rebuild until Francis showed that he was probably the worst ball handling guard we’ve seen in a long time. No matter where you put him, hed just give the other team the ball. He set the warriors back a few years and for this is hated.

Michael Jordan - retired on top of his game after just winning a ring with us, then coming back and not resigning. Absolutely hate him he is a bitch.

Chris Bosh - he looked like he would be star studded for me at first, only to be a dumpster shit fire I was lucky totrade for VC. Had I kept him and he developed Nice, I would’ve had a big man running mate with Tmac before I got Duncan.

Elton Brand - Fans were first excited when we traded for Brand in 2003. The price (4 firsts and 3 seconds) was steep, but the Pacers hadn't been a winning franchise in a while, and any move to improve was looked at positively. That was until Brand started playing. He was inefficient, not a great shot blocker, and turnover prone, and didn't mesh well at all with Jason Terry and Hedo Turkoglu. Both Terry and Turkoglu played better when Brand got less minutes.

David West - He was supposed to form a formidable front court with Brand, and looked like a great prospect after the draft. After shitting the bed in his first training camp, he never showed much effort to improve, and was a mediocre player for his entire career (6 of which were with the Pacers). It's tough to tell who the fans liked less between Brand and West. Or the ping pong balls that prevented them from having the opportunity to select future Nuggets star Carlos Boozer instead of West.

Wes Matthews - His relationship with Wilson Chandler caused the team to lose out on their star player in Chandler. His FA fiasco set back the Raptors.

Baron Davis - Straight up left after being drafted in the inaugural season, came back in a trade and then failed to carry the team, luckily he got shipped out of town for lots of picks.

Rudy Fernandez - Rockets fans were elated when their team was able to snag Rudy from Milwaukee’s grasp in free agency, thinking he could be a piece to help push towards a championship. However, his career was quite a rollercoaster in Houston because he couldn’t mesh with Dwight and Harden due to his need to always have the ball to be productive. Not to mention, many fans were eager for Brandon Jennings to be given more or a shot to run the point guard position, but he was stuck behind the bigger ticket in Rudy. A lot of fans think this hindered the potential of this organization during the Dwight era, as Jennings finally got his chance and shined as a starter for the Rockets.

Kemba Walker - Rockets fans seem to give Kemba the old LeBron treatment. He hasn’t done anything that was outright wrong towards the Rockets or our fans but he’s just so dominant that they hate him. He always dominates us and makes it look so easy when doing so. It just hurts our fans to the core that there is a player so good in our division and they’ve been stuck in the middle while Kemba cake walks to the WCF and Finals yearly. Pain.

Rudy Gobert:
First of all, he’s French, so we started off on the wrong foot to begin with, but nonetheless, we invested the #4 overall pick, and the most premium asset acquired in the Carmelo Anthony blockbuster deal, on the Colossus of Croissant. The main thing that upsets a fan base, and in particular me, as a GM, is laziness. A lack of initiative. No inner drive and determination to improve. Rudy Gobert was all of those things, while also, again, being aggressively French. He was a complete and utter bust, with his potential tanking in both his teenage years. He should’ve been a franchise building block, and instead was optioned by the team halfway through his rookie deal. He’s since gone on to make moderate strides of improvement and found a way to latch on to a few horrendous rosters and even finagled his way into a multi-year deal before being dealt to Washington, so that also pisses the Orlando contingency off even more because he’s made himself at least semi-rosterable now and he’s doing it for a rival within the division.

Grant Hill:
One of the first moves of the new league, and certainly the first big blockbuster deal, was bringing Grant Hill to Orlando to create a feared trio between Shaq, Penny and Grant, sending out 7 years worth of picks and pick swaps to Detroit. He was LeBron before LeBron. Just a total fraud. He literally cost us a championship getting absolutely flamed by his college teammate Christian Laettner, which also allowed Hank a diabetic leg to stand on when he gets chirpy in the chat (arguably the worst part about all of this). He was a fake defender, he turned the ball over, he refused to work on his shooting downfalls, and he was selfish. Guy never knew what it meant to be a real winner, he was a diva, and we resent him to this day. We see a lot of LeBron in him, and that’s why it’s hard to respect either of them. The only saving grace with Grant is our scouting department saw something special in a drastically under utilized Eddie Jones out in LA and we got Catdude to eat the garbage and pulled off a franchise altering move to bring in Eddie, who eventually did become that 3rd piece we needed to secure a championship.

Deron Williams - came in as a mercenary, won a title, got offered a max contract to come run it back, and walked for less to a non competitive team. Overall just a pussy.

Steph/Shaq - probably 2 most dominant players in the division for a long stretch of time. Steph moreso because of the recency and because our competitive windows aligned more with his career than when shaq was in Orlando and we were mostly tanking still.
