Johnuel Fland is so great he will bring multiple championships to the Hawks franchise. His assist to turnover ratio is the best.

Fland...obviously

But if we go 21 and under.. ill go Albicy.. Like Fland he is getting better and better can pass, defend and is improving his scoring a bit at a time..

It's Fland but that's too obvious of an answer so I'll go with 2nd best, which is Pleiss. I thought about Wemby, but his percentages and TOs blow

Fland is the easy choice here..but there are plenty of younger players who have the talent to turn into solid , if not possible All Star type Players.
Victor W
Kaleb Green
Jimmer Fredette
Jalen Duren
Baylor S
Justin Keenan
Yasmin Mitchell
Whiteside
Pleiss

Just to name a few guys who will or should have solid careers.

The answer is Fland.

But I'm surprised nobody even mentioned Kenny Simms on the Pistons. He goes up to A- at center, he's everything you want in a center. Good volume, efficiency, low turnovers, good blocks/rebounds. Letter grades can't be that far from A- A- A-. The Pistons are underutilizing him if anything.

Fland is cool but he’s not what Shurna could be, that said I’d take the safer bet in Fland for now
