If enough people were behind the idea of canning coaching and going to a paid camp system, that'd probably be a little easier. Letting the file decide all development after Summer League and D-League also wouldn't be terrible. It may have kept the file from getting so out of hand with these point guards, even though the game favors PG development over all else.
