GM Beats' baby/lovechild will have an opportunity to earn his first big contract next season, but he won't be in a Pacer uniform after spending his first three seasons in Indiana. The UCLA product is primed for a breakout season in his new home in DC alongside two of the best guards to ever do it. While he won't be getting too many touches with Allen Iverson and Dell Curry putting up shots, Lamb will have an opportunity to maximize his value in a contract season, while gaining much needed playoff experience. At just 23 years of age, Lamb has already exhibited flashes of advanced offensive skills, and shows potential of being a primary ball handler/play maker as well. The one worry teams will have is his small sample size and inconsistent 3-point shot, but this season could change all of that.

The former 10th overall pick is coming off one large-deal and is looking to sign his second one of his career. The all-around guard has a lot of intriguing tools for teams looking for a two-way wing. Ramar can not only score the ball both inside and outside, but is a consistent playmaker at the 2-guard for Milwaukee, and can defend opposing teams' best perimeter scorers. The one complaint coaches and GMs have had about Ramar is his inconsistency with shooting and often times tries to thread the needle with some of his passes, leading to a high turnover rate. Under new leadership in Milwaukee, it will be interesting what the Bucks do with Smith, as he could definitely be the odd man out of the trio of himself, Jason Kidd, and Dennis Rodman. Expect teams in need of a perimeter playmaker to offer near-max money to Smith.

Coming in third on the list is the fossil himself, Cam Reddish. Although there are younger options who can provide more scoring, Reddish is the steady hand on defense and in spreading the floor that many competing teams are looking for. Reddish at this stage of his career reminds me of Andre Iguodala back in the day (with way better shooting), with his veteran savvy and ability to be a secondary ballhandler off the bench or in transition, while guarding opposing scorers and getting his hands in passing lanes. Playing on his fourth team in four years, there is no coincidence that he's found himself on four playoff and championship contending teams (yes I put the 2033 Wolves in that group). His value with the Clippers might take a hit however, as he will likely come off the bench in a supplementary role as Jalen Weaver and Mike Moser start at the wings. If Reddish decides to keep playing beyond this season, expect contending teams to offer him 1-2 year deals worth anywhere from $10-15 million a year.

Legend has it that Kerry Kittles was on his way to superstardom when he came in the league (31.5 PPG in his second season!). Unfortunately, the player with the longest neck in the league seemingly endured the quickest deterioration of skill we've seen in a while. This season he'll look to recoup some of his value in a bench role with the Mavericks. The coaching staff has said he looks re-energized in training camp and has displayed some flashes of his former self. Come next season he'll be in a different jersey due to him being cutback, but Kittles still can provide value to teams looking for a wing who can playmake. While not excelling in any particular aspect, the former #4 overall pick still has the skills to contribute offensively as both a secondary scorer and playmaker. However, it remains to be seen how teams will view his value as he'll be stuck behind a bunch of young guards and wings in Dallas.
Enis Murati

Rounding out the top five is Enis Murati, the crafty Austrian guard who can score in bunches. The problem with him is well-known, and it is that he consistently is targeted and abused on the defensive end. His defensive problems have gotten him in the doghouse in Seattle and Luke Walton has made it clear that unless he is able to hold his own defensively, he won't be seeing the floor. Despite this, teams will likely still offer him a solid multi-year contract because he is such a proven scorer, but inside and out. Murati has made it known he won't be in Seattle come next season and his value is truly a question mark. Many teams will likely avoid offering him a contract due to his defensive struggles, but those in desperate need of a scoring punch off the bench may overlook his deficiencies and try to maximize his offensive output.
