Who's Eligible?
-Rookies and Sophomores
-Draft Picks 1-5 CANNOT be sent to the D-League.
-Draft Picks 6-13 can spend half the season, up to All-Star weekend (Day 60) in the D-League or from All-Star weekend to the end of the season.
-Draft Picks 14-29 can spend one full season in the D-League.
-Second Round Draft Picks can spend two full seasons in the D-League.
-Players in the D-League MUST be on the IR during their tenure.

Improvements
-Half Season = +1 to any attribute, +1 potential
-Full Season = +2 to any attribute, +3 potential

Cost
-Half Season = $2M
-Full Season = $5M
