Well the waiver was invalid because he was already waived during the season by NC

Nah the waiver wasn’t reposted for S6. The one posted was invalidated, and even so, the 24 hours wouldve reset at TC if a new thread wasn’t required.

Technically speaking Dotson was never removed from waivers so if anything the 14 hours restarted after TC. So this is wrong
