These results should be considered preliminary and more tests needs to be completed in order to verify any of my claims. These results were extracted from my teen boosting studies and have led me to some interesting hypotheses. Most of these players are PGs, but I found that there is no observable difference when comparing the results of SG, SF, PF, and C players. A more in-depth study will have to be done, but the results are fascinating none-the-less.

Skill-Based Development

As shown below, I have mapped out changes in 3pt shooting and handles for 18 and 19 year old players (2,125 samples total). To make life easier, each data point represents the average of five TCs re-ran for a single player.

Interestingly enough, there does not look to be a correlation between potential and the development for teens. This is the case for both 3PT and Handles. I can dig more into the other rating or make a better test file, but the data below leads me to an interesting hypothesis: All teens experience TC development equally and any observed growth/reductions are agnostic of the player's respective potential.

On average, regardless of the players build, a teen will have the following increases: +5 3pt & +4 handles.

Physical Skill Development

A physical skill development, such as Quickness, resulted in results that were quite different than was shared above. As you can see below, the average change in quickness for a teen looks to be minimal and centered around zero. In fact, the average for all the data points below is -0.05, suggesting that physical skills are not intended to increase during teen TCs.
