I’ll say C. Letting the young guys develop and figure out what DCs they do well in. Winslow looks to be a solid pick

I’ve been grinding. Having punted on some picks for Dwight a while back, we’ve been able to move on from him and reshuffle our roster a bit to become more formidable

not all superstars but Deandre Jordan and Paul George have been solid. And was able to steal a fat expiring off waivers in Nate Robinson which was key in acquiring a true star in Dwayne Wade.

Hoping it’s our year finally!

A+ Nerlens is good and traded an FA signing for a future first. Have 4 firsts and all 7 of my own, really haven’t even begun the tank.

A or A+. We’ve got the best record in the league and still have $11M in soft cap available, which you rarely ever see from a competitive team. We’re positioned with a ton of flexibility both in terms of roster construction and financial maneuverability. Picks are in a healthy spot as well. We could cash the chips in at any point and or make a free agent splash when the time is right. Running a good system where everyone is contributing, we run pretty deep and have a number of specialists to cover all bases. Super efficient team with the ball, got good defense too especially around the rim. Not a whole lot more you can ask.

D, activity been low this season

We got a lot of draft picks and some okay hits with guys getting better and my guys are improving. I would say B+. I didn't make any trades since i'm waiting to see how they pan out so we will wait and see. Worst case we have a bunch of good picks with swaps and solid role players so in the future we might just have a solid team with no real star yet. Monte or Stanley may become stars so who knows TC is so random. Hell even Brown could, but he has a long way to go. He looked like Stanley did last year with the same exact pot so who knows. Hoping this year with the soft cap and lotto picks next year we can really make an impact and start winning. Even without pot boosts one of the best rebuilds I have made in a long time.
