Envy hour for 3M.

If you could have any team but your own, which three would you want in order? (Must explain why.)

If you could acquire one player who was NOT an All-Star that you think would vastly improve your team, who would you pick and why?

1. Chicago Bulls - RJ Barrett is a cheat code. Jayson Tatum is a perfect second fiddle. WCJ is a really nice big man & they are all young. Perfect team to have for someone who likes to just sit pat and chill.

2. Orlando Magic: Cole Anthony. He's the best PG in the league and it's always fun to have an elite PG.

3. Los Angeles Clippers - Nikola Jokic is fun. Devin Booker I got a lot of love for. LaMelo is a cool guy to have as well.

Question 2:

Well if we are being technical, Giannis wasn't an all-star so I would probably want him on the wings.

1. Orlando Magic - Cole Anthony is a God. If he continues to grow he may just end up being the all time BSL G.O.A.T. some nice pieces in Myles/Siakam too for the future.

Phoenix Suns - Ayton and Wiseman are fun bigs to have. Also have a very solid PG for the next 10 ish years. Could flip some pieces for an elite wing to pair with the core.

Chicago Bulls - Best trio in the league and a decent amount of flexibility to keep the dynasty going

2. Giannis is the best player in the league so I'd have to roll with him. If not I'll take AD

1. The bulls, I think this is obvious, they have 3 top 15 players who are all young still and still have more room to make some moves.

2. Clippers, again some of the same reasoning

3. Orlando, Cole Anthony Is the truth and having such a dominant PG would be fun to run with.

B. Adding Myles Turner next to Cliff would.significantly improve my front court.

Honestly I wouldn’t want to be in any other scenario, I really love what I’ve been able to build and accomplish with the Clippers.... but for the sake of the question give me the Pelicans, Lakers and Rockets / Trailblazers. Just the 3 teams that have some if not all of their future leveraged out to other teams and really not much at all to show for it. I view those as the most challenging or unappealing situations in the league so I’d pick one of those as a clean up job which I find fun because you have to get really creative. I think I could turn any of those teams around really quickly so that would be my idea of fun, as opposed to just picking some team like the Suns or something that already have a ton of awesome young talent. Earned, not given.

Giannis or AD are the obvious answers (and I already have Jokic) but that’s kind of a cheap copout choice because we all know had they been healthy / not over HC they’d be all-stars. So realistically speaking id probably like to get a Shot Blocking specialist that can hit his FTs to come off my bench in that same role I had Goga Bitadze in last year. That’s in my opinion the only thing this team lacks, and even then Tyler Zeller is fantastic in that 6th man big role anyways this year but he doesn’t block a ton like Goga did, so I guess I’d pick some guy like a Bol Bol or a Goga to fill that void. Myles Turner would be a good choice too but I mean adding him to this team is just overkill and not even semi-realistic.

A) 1- Golden State Warriors.. They have the players and picks to make a move and GO FOR IT.. I dont think Jon has the Balls to do it (unlike Daulten) and I would flip overrated Ingram and some of those picks for an elite or semi-elite Wing or PG. Why he didnt go all in on Tremont is beyond my payrate to comprehend... 2. Bulls - Having a young trio like Ebbs does is a no brainer for a team ready for prime time... 3. Timberwolves - Perfect team to sell off and rebuild a fun project

B) Walker Kessler- He is 21 yrs old and produces 20/11/ 3 BPG... He is hands down the best young Big and the way my team is built atm BIG's R US is what we need

Bulls, Clippers, Raptors. Just throw them in a hat and I'd be beyond thankful for any one.

Bulls and Clippers because they already have the talent to produce and win at an elite level. Winning is fun, who wouldn't want one of these teams? Beyond just the factor of winning- the Bulls have RJ Barrett. Barrett should be a consensus top 3 player in the league for the next ~10 seasons minimum. It should be nigh impossible to remove this Bulls team from dynastic status so long as Barrett is a Bull.

Clippers beyond the winning because of LaMelo and low-key kHA$H. As an irl Bucks fan, I love me some Middy. I wish he was as consistent irl as he is in this league. He's the "split god" here. Gimme gimme gimme.

Raptors not because they're winners (not right now anyways), but mostly b/c it would just be nice to build a team from the ground up and to own all of your draft picks. Toronto is doing a complete restart and it should be fun to watch. Would be more fun to manage.

Give me Walker Kessler. Assuming I get to keep him and this isn't just like a rental question. He's a few short steps away from going god mode on all of us. Kessler-Beal. mmmm

I would take the Bulls, then Clippers, then Magic. Bulls are an easy choice it's almost impossible not to win ships with RJ, Tatum, Wcj. Clippers 2nd because they are an absolute powerhouse and still have cool young pieces. Magic 3rd because Cole. 100% Cole. Hes really all you need.

If you could acquire one player who was NOT an All-Star that you think would vastly improve your team, who would you pick and why?
Scotty Pippen. A backcourt of him and Norvell would set the league on fire. Might be able to give the top teams trouble if I had Scotty.

1. I'd take the Orlando Magic. There's no doubt in my mind that Cole Anthony is the best player in the league so it would be foolish not to take the team with the best player.
2. The Bulls are an easy choice here, even though I'd prefer Cole over R.J., I think it's safe to say that R.J. is the 2nd best guy in the league and it might even be more of a 1a. and 1b. situation. Not to mention the rest of the Bulls roster is stacked, which might be a bit of a drawback to me.
3. I'm actually going to say the Thunder and that's because I'm a believer in Scotty Pippen. Not to mention I'm a firm believer that point guard is the most important position in FBB and I think Pippen can carry a team alone almost.

If you could acquire one player who was NOT an All-Star that you think would vastly improve your team, who would you pick and why?
It's Scotty Pippen, if that's not your answer then you're in crazy town. He's a rookie and he's only going to get better.

1. Bulls - obviously can’t get much better than that locked up core.
2. Magic - Cole Anthony would be a ton of fun to play with
3. Thunder - I like the way the team is built. Pippen is a great cornerstone.

The player I would pick is certainly Pippen. Guy is a rookie and has already showcased what he can do. My issue would be moving him to SG

1 bulls cuz Barrett Tatum and wcj is sweet
2 suns have a lot of nice pieces could prob make a few moves and be a contender they’d be fun
3 magic Cole Anthony is one of the best building blocks and I’m a fan of their other pieces as well

Tough question cuz I’m tanking but I’ll go Kessler cuz he’s young and could fit the time line with the rest of the youth if I could tank decently for a season or 2 with him

Raptors - Because they are my home town
Chicago - Because of how good they are
Oklahoma - Scottie Pippen Jr. Enough Said.

Scotty Pippen Jr. He is a stud and will be a HOF player, not to mention a perennial all star.

Pacers - I like Killian Hayes and Donovan Mitchell combo. I have the option to trade Oven and get more prospects to fully rebuild around Hayes + and that'd be fun

Raptors - Bronny seems like a nice high risk high reward type of spec that Raptors got pretty much through FA and would be fun to build around. They have assortment of picks as well to package to get vets if they choose to compete

Brooklyn Nets - another cornerstone player one can build with. Zion Williamson. Then you have PBJ to add alongside Zion as well as Jalen Leque to make it interesting.

If you could acquire one player who was NOT an All-Star that you think would vastly improve your team, who would you pick and why?

- Myles Turner, Bol Bol, Goga are all similar defensive big men that I would think would vastly improve my team by providing defense and depth.

1. Bulls, That core is too beastly and will be together a long time barring trade
2. Thunder, Pippen is one of the best young cornerstones in the league
3. Pacers, I really like the core that Beats is putting together. Killian is sick and still a fan of Stewart

If you could acquire one player who was NOT an All-Star that you think would vastly improve your team, who would you pick and why?
Probably John Collins. Think he would fit right alongside Myles and play very well in that outside scheme

Bulls - They are stacked and the core is very young.
Celtics - Just on here because they are my team and wanted them to start this sim lol. Plus they have some young pieces at the moment.
Magic - Cole Anthony.... Nah with Kawhi and Siakim on the wings and the bigs that they have, they have the perfect supporting cast for Cole Anthony

If you could acquire one player who was NOT an All-Star that you think would vastly improve your team, who would you pick and why?
Giannis and second would be Scotty. Not sure how Giannis wasnt an all-star but he is the best player in the league

Bulls - R.J. Barrett is a stud.
Magic - Cole is a Stud.
Nets- Have a a solid young core, like Zion/PBJ.

I like Kessler from Houston. I think he would obviously be a solid addition for any team at this point.

Bulls - It's the obvious choice. RJ, Tatum, and WCJ are a sick trio and they're all still young.
Nets - Zion, PBJ, and Jalen Lecque is a solid young core. If those three continue to develop that team could be sick
Clippers - LaMelo, Booker, and Jokic are sexy af. Middleton is a nice bonus on top of that.

Technically Giannis wasn't an All-Star so I'd take him for obvious reasons. He makes any team better. I think we'd probably be the best team in the west if we had Giannis. Walker/JJJ/Giannis/Culver/Pippen would be unstoppable

1. Bulls, perfect core to build around for a long time
2. Thunder - Pippen would be dope to have
3. Spurs - I've always wanted to try and win with an inside scheme and they have the frontcourt to do it

2. Giannis easy, he would elevate our team so much
