Ridnour got hurt and missed most of the sim so I didn't get to inflate his stats as much as I should have.
In the final 4 games he did play for us, he went:

Not saying he's a superstar, but someone trying to win now could definitely use him in their rotation.

KD- Easy call #1
Deng- looks as though he could develop strong base and be a solid starter at worst
Bogut- Pot be damned this dude is ready to come in and play and play at borderline All Star level with a +2 or better SL/TC/Coaching start
Gasol- only thing remaining to see is if he or Bogut will be the better player while on their rookie deal..
Millsap- Looks very much like Laettner did BUT with better rebounding making him a more versatile player.. could be a great 4 or a 3 a la Laettner with some work on his Jumpshot
Deng- looks as though he could develop strong base and be a solid starter at worst

Batum: teen wings are always a good one to bet on. given his high potential, even if doesn't boost he has room to be a strong starter
Gasol: another well rounded center whose only downside (if you want to call it a downside) is that he won't boost and doens't have the highest potential. he is a safe pick that you know you'll get production out of

KD: Should be a bucket, but him being 19 with already great pot puts him in the potential bust category that we've seen before... will be interesting to see if he goes -20 pot off the rip
Millsap: Probably would be an All-Star PF in the East from day 1 just given the state of the position and how good he is coming out, mixed with his potential to continue growing. Scores, defends, rebounds, solid from the FT line. He'll be a good piece.
Conley: Fringe defense and outside, handles and inside not far off from the next letter grade either and has A pot, projects to be the type of PG FBB likes with a lot of efficiency on both ends
Gasol: Bigger Millsap with less potential, can play meaningful minutes right away and do a little bit of everything
Deng: Reminds me of Richard Jefferson coming out, but with a little more upside in terms of potential, should be a solid starter on the wing

2. Millsap - High floor w/ his base, and his POT is serviceable. He'll at least be a good starter, and has all star potential
3. Conley - Solid base for a PG and good POT. There's no guarantees here but he has huge upside if he has good TCs his first couple seasons
4. Deng - Lower upside, but already almost a starter with his starting ratings. At worst he's a decent 2nd wing on a good team
