For $3.0M, who are the top 5 forwards this season in the NBA (2021 Real Life) and why?

1) Giannis - dragging the Bucks to the top of the Eastern conference (again), shot has looked slightly better this year. Ever consistent and healthy.
2) Julius Randle - brought the Knicks out of the cellar, most improved favorite, and his game has taken a ridiculous next step. Hats off Julius.
3) Jayson Tatum - dragged the Celtics to the playoffs. Covid hurt him but he’s still had an incredible season.
4) KD - when healthy, he’s probably been the best scorer in the league this season.
5) LeBron - when healthy, he’s probably the best player in the league still but man he missed a ton of games this year. Giving him the nod over the others below because…he’s LeBron.

Just missed the cut: Kawhi, Jimmy Butler, PG, DeMar DeRozan

1. Giannis - Playing at an MVP level still, easy choice for 1.
2. Kawhi - Has quietly had a great season.
3. Julius Randle - MIP easily and was a big factor in the Knicks making the playoffs.
4. Kevin Durant - Like said above, if he was healthy for more of the season, he'd be an easy choice for 2 or 3 because of his scoring ability.
5. LeBron James - Again, if he was healthy he'd be up at 1 or 2. Still possibly the best player when healthy.

Playoffs are going to be fun.

1. Kyle Anderson - best season. Underrated
2. Randle - MIP
3. Sabonis - carried Pacers
4. Khris Middleton - underrated. No weakness.
5. Miles Bridges - best Hornet this year

Minimum 62 games played. Best ability is availability.

1 Kevin Durant - when healthy he is the best scorer(in league history) and he seems to be in good shape right now. I think it’s safe to say he’s the best forward in the league at this point in time.
2 Lebron - Lebron may be showing some signs of slowing down and missed a lot of time this year, but assuming he can kick in to gear for the playoffs I almost feel guilty not putting him 1. That’s just a testament to my thoughts on KD at this point though.
3 Giannis - carried bucks to the top of the east. Don’t find the bucks team all that impressive but giannis keeps dragging them.
4 Kawhi Leonard - similar to bron he maybe should be higher, but has had a quiet season by his standards. Still come playoff time here I expect him to be carrying the clips.
5 Tatum - this Celtics team is a dumpster fire. So many glaring holes and no depth. Tatum had a huge year to get them in the playoffs.

We didn't include LeBron in guards so...

1) LeBron. I mean.
2) Kawhi Leonard, I think he's the best combination of two way play without having a glaring weakness anymore. He's improved a lot as a playmaker out of the trap or double.
3) Giannis, he's got a major worry but most impactful two way player through 45 minutes in the whole game, IMO.
4) Durant, I worry about durability but he makes it all look easy.
5) George, a touch more polished than Tatum but this last spot is real close between those two.

1. Giannis - All around beast that does so much for his team
2. Kawhi - Great scorer and defender and has already proven capable of carrying team as the man
3. Lebron - Missed games but it's still Lebron and we saw the team drop a bit without
4. KD - Missed games too and has tons of help to set him up with Kyrie/Harden to create which limits pressure on him
5. Jason Tatum - Very young but is already hitting that elite range with his scoring ability

The Greek - amazing talent and younger still a Machine at the 3
Khawi - he can easily turn it on and play > Giannis just look at Finals a couple yrs ago
LBJ - All time great still Great at his advanced age
KD - devastating injury of a few yrs ago probably keeps him from top 3..
Lots can slip to this spot..ill take Tatum ..he has the makeup and talent to be great

In no particular order

LBJ - he is the reason LAL won a ship and will have a chance this year
KD - IMO the best scoring and even difference making forward. If healthy, I'll take KD over Lebron
Giannis - has the physical tool to dominate and he is doing so. haven't seen him play too much but saw him hitting some 3s on highlights so he only has room to improve which is scary
Jayson Tatum - one of my favorite player, but objectively a top 5 SF and he is also another player who can only improve each year. Celtics fans are blessed to have this one
Kawhi Leonard - love his silent nature and let his game talk for him. Best two way player who can shut down best opponents while scoring on you.

1) Giannis - He is just a beast and I wish he went to Toronto. He keeps dragging the Bucks forward.
2) Julius Randle - Somehow managed to bring the Knicks to the playoffs, on a fantastic season.
3) Jayson Tatum - Was great last year against the Raptors in the playoffs, and once again this season was great.
4) KD - Best scoring forward in the league.
5) LeBron - He is Lebron, and the king is still alive, but old.

1. Kevin Durant - He doesn't have a single flaw in his game when he's 100% healthy
2. Giannis - Hard not to put him #1, but the playoffs last year exposed him a bit. Still insanely talented
3. LeBron - Getting older but still playing incredible and could feasibly make another playoff run
4. Kawhi - Incredible two way player and still arguably the best wing defender in the league
5. Julius Randle - I know it's a small sample size but the question is just for 2021, and he's been incredible for the Knicks this year and has significantly improved his game in a ton of different areas

1. Kawhi Leonard - He’s still the top 2 way player in the game, you’re naive if you talk yourself into believe the false narratives that suggest otherwise.
2. LeBron James - Corny, insufferable, annoying, oddly jaded over nothing but he’s still a top 7 player of all-time, still impacts the game arguably as much as anyone when on the court.
3. Kevin Durant - Walking bucket, pure scorer as good as they come, hopefully stays healthy
4. Giannis - Monster, if he could shoot he’d be the best
5. Paul George - Everyone unfairly shit on him for playing through 2 awful shoulder injuries, now that he had an offseason to train and recover post surgery, he’s been back to his dominant ways again, great 2-way player that still gets it done on the offensive end as well. Julius Randle and Tatum here is premature.

1- Lebron- hate him but he’s still the best. Not many weakness and he’ll probably help lead his team far again
2- Leonard, best two way player in the game, he’s another pussy but he’s unreal on both ends and is a winner player
3- KD- wow three straight players I don’t like but he’s another superstar that does it on both ends. Lights out scorer
4- Giannis- might have an argument to be higher, let’s see if his shooting improvements show up in the playoffs. A deep run by the bucks would show me something because I’d be stunned if they beat the nets
5- Julius Randle- what he’s done is amazing. He probably doesn’t belong here but how can I not put him here. He brought a mediocre team to the 4 seed in the playoffs he’s done it all this year.
