1. Gabriel Deck - Matt Jones was clearly #1, p terrible pick.
2. Len Bias - He looked like the best player in that draft, as if he could be an elite PF, then never really did shit.
3. June Mar Fajardo - never did shit in TC after coming with v high pot and good fringes
4. Jalen Green - idk I just remember he sucked he was like C+ B C B or some shit
5. Bronny James Jr - mans was ass let’s all be honest here, he should’ve been better

1. Gabriel Deck, at the time I didn't think it was as clear cut, but Matt Jones ended up being one of the GOATs while Deck carved out an ok career as a role guy.
2. June Mar Fajardo, he appeared great pre draft and looked to have the makings of a superstar, only to never really progress at all.
3. Wayne Chism, also ended up being a solid role player but I had much higher expectations for him.
4. Seth Towns, looks super frustrating as a prospect because he has the ratings for what one would think would be a star, but does not produce at that level and is a TO machine. Bordering on tank commander territory.
5. Ja Morant, Morant was the ultimate tank commander, after being taken 1st overall. RJ obviously went on to be the GOAT, and Zion had a very nice career as well. Foreman's choice ended up being the only bad option.

1) Gabriel Deck- he’s had a solid career but getting drafted over Matt Jones is rough
2) Ja Morant - tank captain, basically everyone who went after him in the top 10 had a terrific career. The same can’t be said for Ja
3) June Mar Fajardo - great fringes, great pot, but was a mega bust. Hate to see it for Foreman.
4) Rawle Alkins- worst #1 pick in the worst draft ever. Is there anything redeeming about him or that draft class? No.
5) Dave Bing - had a terrific rookie season, but then flamed out. The 2033 draft had a lot of stars, but Bing was not one of them.

1. Jalen Green - he busted so hard, never even became a role player. ugh my biggest draft regret
2. Ja Morant - i mean come on, dude couldnt hold onto the ball
3. Bronny James - another one of mine. Did he ever end up being decent? I feel like we all kept waiting for him to break out and he never did
4. Gabriel Deck - I only think he's on this list because Matt Jones was his #2 in that draft. Didn't deck end up being decent at some point? I mean, not good enough to be a #1 pick
5. June Mar Fajardo - dude looked like he'd be a stud and then just completely shit the bed. rip.

1 - Jalen Greene - absolute trash in an era where the drafts were stacked
2 - Dave Bing - poor foreman
3 - June Mar Fajardo - unluckiest bust that has happened in this league (again poor foreman)
4 - Tiny Gallon - having the #1 and #2 pick in a draft usually sets up your future nicely. However in Phoenix they took tiny 1 and sidney 2 and both flopped hard
5 - Len Bias - never had a position he could thrive at. Didn't rebound well enough to play PF, defense went -2 going to SF. waste of a top pick

1. Jalen Green - Yeah he turned out pretty bad. Didn't have volume despite the dope ratings and ability to play SG! Catdude was able to move him for Kawhi Leonard.

2. Dave Bing - I'd argue that he's the top guy. I don't think Bing EVER did anything.

3. Wayne Chism - I didn't even know he went #1. He must have been awful if I don't even remember him.

4. June Mar Fajardo - Poor Foreman. He looked so good and turned out sooo bad.

5. Rawle Alkins - He's still in the league and he's scoring, but lets be real if he wasn't on Cleveland he'd be out of the league.

1. Ja Morant - idk how anyone could possibly argue anything else. Philly jumped from 13 to 1 on a real life owed pick swap with Brooklyn, and they already had won like 65 games or something that year with Embiid and Butler and Harris and Simmons, if Philly would’ve went with Zion or Barrett or even Culver, Philly has an untouchable dynasty, the fact they had that embarrassment or riches and got 0 titles and the biggest TO machine and tank commander ever, I’d unequivocally the worst #1 pick ever

2. Gabriel Deck - the fact he got taken over Jones was bad on draft night, it made no sense to anyone. Letting college performance hold that much weight was a tough lesson for Utah, but Jones going on to being a top ~5 player in league history and Deck being a mega bust was just a pound of salt in the wound. Cool story when he joined Seattle though and won a title as Jones’ backup.

3. Jalen Green - he was like the 6th best spec at best on draft night so he never even should’ve been the top pick, idk how Catdude landed on him, his build was so bad though. He was like a terrible inside scorer and rebounder but he was a wing with high handles and shitty shooting, he wasn’t even eligible to play PG either despite his playmaking being the only semi valuable thing about him. And to address air’s point above, I ended up trading dead Kawhi’s max for him just so I could rookie option cut his $10M salary and get under HC. That was a salary cap maneuver not a value move. #1 pick that didn’t even last his rookie contract is almost unheard of.

4. Dave Bing - I remember being one of the people really championing Mike Moser as the #1 pick in this draft, and he went on the be a really good player, so that definitely stings for Charlotte. I honestly think Bing was a bottom 5-10 player in the league in terms of guys that got consistent minutes during his tenure, he really didn’t bring any value to the court whatsoever, he was a minus across the board forsure, and the pick never even made sense for the way Brack was going to use him either, he was always just going to show horn him into a very fast outside offense and have him chuck when he was an inside scoring play maker with bad handles, so just an all-around unmitigated disaster.

5. June Mar Fajardo - He should’ve been really good and he was the right pick at the time, just an unfortunate mega bust situation, the only thing keeping him from being higher on this list is he was actually a pretty valuable rebounding specialist that could provide valuable minutes at an affordable price later on in his career

I'm throwing out team-specific placement aside and just going off of the players themselves:

1. Gabriel Deck -- Matt Jones looked like one of the best prospects that we've had so far in this iteration, and we've had A LOT more than in past leagues that were more deflated. Absolutely horrendous to take Deck over him.

2. Ja Morant -- Another guy taken over a star-studded field. Turnover machine and tank commander. He actually turned into a decent bench player later in his career, but his turnovers as a starter were something you just couldn't overcome.

3. June Mar Fajardo -- Looked absolutely insane on draft night. Busted super hard. It's not really something you can blame on him or fault Foreman for, unlike other picks, but he should've been an absolute monster.

4. Dave Bing -- Past leagues might have influenced this a little bit. One of the greatest real life players the league has ever seen, he definitely never lived up to that. Career bench guy is unfortunate for him, considering we know what he has been before.

5. Jalen Green -- A #1 pick not making it through his rookie contract is insane. He shouldn't have been the number one pick, but he's not the worst overall player by any stretch from what we've seen. Major disappointment compared to what he could've been and what he looks like irl

1. Gabriel Deck - He ended up turning into a serviceable backup, but taking him over Matt Jones is really hard to defend after Jones turned into a perennial MVP candidate.

2. Ja Morant - There was no way to anticipate his TO problems, but taking him over RJ hurts.

3. Dave Bing - He seemed like a dope inside PG and just never turned into anything remotely useful. Pretty much sucked at everything other than maybe passing.

4. June Mar Fajardo - I wasn't around for this pick, but seeing a B B B big with insane POT bust is just super unlucky. Poor Foreman.

5. Rawle Atkins - That entire draft class sucked, but it's comical that this dude is making near max money when he wouldn't even crack the rotation on most rosters.

1. Jalen Green - Out of the league after 5 seasons, never improved.
2. Dave Bing - Out of the league after 9 seasons, no defense or offense.
3. Ja Morant - Played for 20 seasons as a turnover meme.
4. June Mar Fajardo - Played for 15 seasons but never for more than 30mpg in a season.
5. Len Bias - Played for 15 seasons but was never super impactful.
