Jason Kidd is on the back-end of his first max-contract, and he is expected to double down for an even bigger max this time around. Kidd has spent his entire career thus far in Milwaukee, and recent rumors indicate he does not plan on staying much longer. While known as a loyal player, Kidd is equally known for his desire to win... something the Bucks have not been doing. During Kidd's "first prime" from 2031-2033 the Bucks barely averaged over 40 wins and had only one successful playoff run. Milwaukee's NBA Finals appearance in 2032 already feels like a distant memory as the Bucks appear set to play another mediocre season of basketball. If you have been a consistent playoff team over the past few years, it may be worth opening up some cap to offer at a Kidd who is thirsty to win.

Oh boy, wouldn't it be nice to sign Steve Nash? If you have cap, or even if you don't... you better be throwing a bid at this cat. Just when you think Nash has reached the peak of his prime, he gets even better. Last season's numbers in Chicago were absolutely ridiculous. Stevey has to be near the top of the BSL all-time PER charts. Realistically speaking, it is very unlikely that Nash walks away from the Bulls. He is one greedy dude, but there aren't many other teams in the league that could provide a stronger promise of consistent winning. I suppose now would be the time to try and trade for Nash, just in case Ebbs does have any fear of him leaving. Or it might be wise to try and set up a sign and trade as the Bulls may not be able to afford Rose, Anthony, and Nash for much longer.

2035 looks to be Juwan Staten's breakout year following his involvement in a blockbuster trade that sent him to Seattle. The former 3rd overall pick was sent to the Sonics along with his teammate C Fabricio Oberto in exchange for 2x Championship winning PG Tyrese Maxey. Staten will be called upon to fill the ginormous holes left by Maxey's departure. Things look promising so far, as he was able to average 19/9 in a Pre-Season that included 45 point and 17 assist performances. Staten entered the league at 19 years old and had a top 5 potential on draft night. Whether he received a boost or not -- he likely has some pot left in the tank. With a few more seasons of improvement and some rotation around the depth chart we could see him develop into a superstar guard. Despite only recently joining the team, Staten has expressed interest in returning to Seattle. His loyalty to Indiana runs so deep that it was hard to tell whether or not he was joking about joining Maxey, R.J., and Malone next year on an MLE. Fortunately, with his increased usage on the Sonics it is likely that he'll develop a similar loyalty to his new franchise. Or I guess, "unfortunately" for the rest of us.

13 years in the league. Nearly averages a career double-double. Recently made an All-Defensive Team. Career splits of 45/81/41. Add up all of those things and what do you get? Cancer. They call him a cancer! No, seriously! It truly is a shame that Keeshawn has yet to win a Championship. He does turn the ball over, and perhaps he gets torched every so often, but man there is no denying his offensive production. In the home stretch of his career Keeshawn will likely sign one more long-term deal. Sure, he'll be 34 at the start of next year, but he is still rocking three "A-" ratings and remains one hell of a shooter. The Atlanta Hawks recently forfeited their bird rights on Barthelemy, so some lucky team with cap should be able to land a seasoned veteran starter in the coming off-season.

There are probably some "better" point guards potentially hitting the market than Nihad, but what is up with this guy? In Djedovic's sophomore season he averaged 27.5PPG on unimpressive shooting splits. Who has been pumping his shooting? Someone, hopefully? Clearly this guy is capable of big volume. Despite his capabilities, Nihad has re-signed with the San Antonio Spurs on 1yr, 1.8m contracts for two off-seasons in a row now. Should he hit the market this time around, maybe give him a look. Rumors of Miami offering him a full maximum contract have already surfaced...
