- No cutbacks will be allowed in trades. You can waive a player back but will obviously be subjected to the leagues waiver process.
- To cut a player, you must create a thread with that players name in the title. At that time, the player will be on waivers for 24 hours and be allowed to be claim for the league minimum. The player will be awarded to the highest claiming team on the waiver wire order.
- The waiver wire order will never reset. The only time the order will change is when a team claims a player on traditional waivers or a cut player on waivers.
- Height and weight spends will be altered to just strength and jumping spends.
- Elimination of position changes. Players will stick to their positions as drafted. All positions can start within one position of their drafted position. (PG —> SG, SG —> PG/SG/SF, SF —> SG/SF/PF, PF —> SF/PF/C, C —> PF/C)
- Summer League will remain the same. D-League will be available after TC and be input before Sim 1. Rookies will have immediate eligibility to play in the regular season even if sent to DLG.
- Swap rights on picks can be traded with the pick, but once a pick is dealt, the team trading loses the right to retain any swap rights in the event that they try and get the pick back later.
- New lottery system stays in tact as is.
- Coaching remains as is. Will be a new minimum to hire coach.
- Preseason remains as is.
- Injury spends. Can cut a players injury in half one time during injury.
