If you missed the first edition yesterday, you can find it here.
"Taking the top 35 scorers in PPG at the All-Star break, I've attempted to concoct a formula that appropriately lays out who is who on the mesh melting pyramid.
Like ESPN's RPM, I will not be making my formula public. This is for two reasons; firstly, it's unique and it being somewhat ominous is more fun. Secondly, and more importantly, I don't want people to reverse things and get a clean picture of what a player's ratings might be.
However, things that were considered include: inside scoring, jump shot, three-point shot, handling, quickness, strength, and jumping. The categories were not weighted equally and there were bonuses and deductions paid on top of the regular weighting for positional differences and elite / terrible (top/bottom 3) ratings in each category."
Continuing the list now:

20) Kemba Walker: 65.9
I can't be certain what was wrong with Walker to start the year but his splits are back to being pretty and he is probably the best pure scorer at the point guard position outside of Curry, Kyrie, and Dame.
19) Paul George: 66.1
It's crazy no one has trade for George because like Embiid, he's a better all-around player than he is a scorer and he's a debonair killa.
18) Jarrett Culver: 66.2
Culver has one of the game's most unique scoring builds in the game. His pot didn't bang like the bell at a state fair so he will probably never be a superstar but he's going to be a very good player for a long time. Probably the third best player from the first draft.

17) Russell Westbrook: 66.3
I want someone to trade for Westbrook for scientific reasons. He's absolutely elite in a few categories but he can't be maximized next to George and vice versa. Would love to see what he looks like in a system that fit him.
16) Zach LaVine: 66.8
When I traded LaVine for Knox, I didn't think he'd become this good of a scorer but here he is. Also, this shouldn't spoil anything for anyone, he is the test subject for jumping influencing scoring. The man got moon boots.
15) R.J. Barrett: 66.9
Barrett's been nothing short of sensational in his sophomore season and athletically he's super gifted. He's still raw as a shooter so if that picks up with his still outrageous high pot he's going to be unstoppable. I'd say he or Cole has best shot at new Keels.

14) Kawhi Leonard: 67.8
Leonard is another guy true to form. An absolute bull, there is no stopping him on his way to the rim and while he's behind KD slightly as a scorer, there's no doubt he's the superior player.
13) Donovan Mitchell: 68.3
This will be my answer for the S&U, no one is utilized poorer than Mitchell. Spida is a stud with one of the best athletic packages in the game.
12) Jayson Tatum: 68.4
Tatum is going to be as good as he was last week. He's the best scoring prospect at the three in the game, I wouldn't be shocked if he hopped KD as peak at SF next season.

11) Victor Oladipo: 69
Oladipo has been traded WAAAAY too many times. He's like Barrett with better shooting, better defense, with only a slightly lesser feel for the PG role. He's so fucking good.
