Disclaimer: We won't be including owed picks here and these are just my opinions, and it's possible I forgot someone, so go easy on me.
Additional disclaimer: I don't know what happened with the PG tier, but I'm also not fixing it.

Top Tier
Kemba Walker
1
1
Kyrie Irving
1
2
Steph Curry
1
3

This is the current undisputed 3 best players in the league. I think you can argue the order of the value of Kemba and Kyrie, but due to age Steph is the clear third. Even though some guys in the next tier are close talent wise and are a lot younger, I just put a ton of value into having the absolute best of the best on any given roster. So for me, these are the 3 best assets in the league and should probably be untouchable for the Suns, Bucks, and Hawks as long as they are competing.

Rising Superstars
Karl Anthony-Towns
2
4
Marko Guduric
2
5
Deandre Ayton
2
6

These next 3 guys all have "Best player in the league" potential. I'm open to order again, but personally I would have Kat at the top of this list as a bonafide superstar now with elite potential, and same goes for Marko. Ayton rounds it out as he is a B+ B+ B+ big with mid 90s pot and already has 2 elite skills.

Current Superstars
Anthony Davis
3
7
Kawhi Leonard
3
8
Dame Lilliard
3
9
Paul George
3
10
Joel Embiid
3
11

These players are all great, but they are generally about at their ceiling and the players in the tier above have a chance to top them at their peaks. When you consider age and contract, these guys are just slightly below value wise for me IMO. Still, these are some of the best players in the league in their primes

Feels Like a Lock
D'Aaron Fox
4
12
Jayson Tatum
4
13

Tiers expand and get a lot more subjective after this. However, Fox and Tatum feel like the two most likely prospects to just explode and move up a tier in the coming years. Tatum has incredible scoring and still has good pot, While Fox just used all of that 100 pot rating to burst onto the scene. Fox especially as a PG might even have best player in the league potential right now. Super high on these guys

Young Stars
Brook Lopez
5
14
Luka Doncic
5
15
RJ Barrett
5
16
Jonas Valanciunas
5
17
Jabari Parker
5
18
Zach Lavine
5
19

These guys might not quite have superstar potential anymore, but they're a mixed bag of young guys and current stars in their prime. 100 pot RJ might stand out as not being in this league yet, but IMO he has a case to even be higher than he is. Just still too raw, but wouldn't be surprised to see him or Luka on the top 10 lists one day

Tier 6
Kentavious Calddwell-Pope
6
20
Angelo Caloiaro
6
21
Jamal Murray
6
22
Devin Booker
6
23
Ja Morant
6
24
Jordan Poole
6
25
Trae Young
6
26
Donovan Mitchel
6
27
Nikola Jokic
6
28

I'm not naming tiers anymore as the list really starts to level itself off and diversify at this point. KCP tops the list because his ratings are so tantalizing but doesn't get moved up due to lack of production. Morant, Poole, and Young are such sweet young players but aren't sure things at all,so will have to use all of their pot. Angelo is a star. Jamal, Booker, and Donnie are getting lower on pot but have proven themselves as players. Jokic has come a long way, could still continue to improve and move into the top bigs conversation, but B B+ B just isn't there yet.

Tier 7
Josh Harrellson
7
29
Mikal Bridges
7
30
Michael Beasley
7
31
Bojan Bogdanovic
7
32
Andrew Wiggins
7
33

Just felt like there was a drop off between all the young guys with pot in tier 6 and what is effectively the late bloomers tier here. Harrellson is filthy, Beasley and Bojan really came into their own recently. Bridges and Wiggins could both be higher or lower but it's tough to tell in the team construct they are currently in.

Tier 8
Greg Oden
8
34
Doug McDermott
8
35
Victor Oladipo
8
36
Chase Budinger
8
37
Jan Vesely
8
38
Al Horford
8
39
Jason Thompson
8
40

A bunch of sweet useful players in this tier. Contract holds a guy like Horford back (along with age). Could probably argue guys like Doug and Vic higher due to their age but they just need to get their production up and prove their worth on a contender first. Jasom Thomson is so sick with his contract also. Massively underrated guy

Honorable Mentions
D'Angelo Russell
9
41
Cory Joseph
9
42
Greg Monroe
9
43
Wilson Chandler
9
44
Derrick Rose
9
45
Al Jefferson
10
46

These guys don't crack my top 40 but I had them on the list of guys to rank. Honestly by tier 7 or so it became really difficult to accurately rank guys, and it becomes really just personal preference. The Al Jefferson contract is so fucking bad but he is also like a top 15 player still so I just had no clue what to do with that. Got a bit lazy by this point anyway so whatever. Sue me

Hope you enjoyed, and as always get your chirps in and let me know why I don't know shit about BSL and why your player is too low on the list.

He's a defensive specialist as a guard. Just not a needle mover for me.

And Brook I just didn't think was worth moving up 2 tiers lol, it was all jumbled up. So I just left him because I value him around those guys
