14. Los Angeles Clippers - Wendell Moore WHATTTTT! 18/108 A++
Moore is ready set go player and Cloud gets full 2 SLs and DLG to develop him, with mid 60's Pot and the chance to be DLG/SL and Coached this player has TC LOVE all over him. Cloud has the luxury of sitting him for the entire S-4 campaign. How did Jalen Wilson get picked over this STUD

15. Utah Jazz - Usman Garuba Grade 56/145 B
Usamn went right about where he should have, he is an ok Big with limited upside a perfect role Big, but hey those are valuable.. Tillman would have been my choice here, but both look like solid 6th Big types

16. Golden State Warriors (from Spurs) - Joshua Christopher 54/153 B
Another nice pick, went right where he should have and looks like a solid backup 123 player with a chance to become a complimentary type starter at SG/SF and an outside chance to be a + PG if his handles and passing develop properly
17. Los Angeles Clippers (from Heat) - Cassius Stanley 75/189 C+
At 1st glanze Cassius looks like a reach here, having been priviledge to some private workout results he actually could develop into a STAR or flame out into oblivion.. a bold move by Cloud here, but hey when you have a gift like Wendell and a solid squad you can take a chance here..

18. Cleveland Cavaliers (from Wizards via Pelicans) - Ziaire Williams 116/226 D+
HUGE POT play here, with a low 90's Pot rating and at just 18, Zaire is a huge gamble for young GM Hokey. His game is very solid Outside but turnovers and defense are a huge detriment to his development and a huge focus point. BOOM or BUST type, but if he shows any Volume could turn into a Gallo + type player. Other better options could have been had here in my opinion

19. Washington Wizards (from Knicks) - Evan Mobley 113/189 B
Wow Mobley really dropped.. Dont let the ratings fool you here Mobley is a tremendous scorer and rebounder, his initial Defensive rating of 100 brings his overall rank down but 13/89 (without the bad rating D) puts him at Elite Level everywhere else. He should at least block some shots, but if his D develops you are looking at an Okafor type right here and in case no one noticed Okafor was 22/10/1.3 last season.. which would make this pick this late the steal of the draft.. we shall see..

20. Detroit Pistons (from Raptors) - Jalen Lecque 57/178 GRADE B+
Controversial GM Panic made a very good pick here, a mid 1st graded player with Potential and plays the all important 1 position, a very nice get here.

21. Detroit Pistons (from Hornets) - Bojan Tomasevic 116/224 GRADE B
Well if someone has 100 POT and he still around past 20 this is the right spot for someone with his built.. he is very fringy and could become a useful Big if not a solid starter if he uses that Pot of his wisely

22. New York Knicks (from Nuggets) - Nah'shon Hyland 21/155 GRADE A
This one is tricky because his overall base screams LOTTO, his pot (upside) says late teens, but at #22 this is a true steal if he just boost a little you have a tremndous value steal, if he shows any volume at all he could be Lowry like.

23. Washington Wizards (from Spurs via Blazers) - Jeremy Roach 54/184 Grade B-
This is such a hard pick to grade, Roach looks meh at everything, yet has a strong handles base and D base to work with, limited growth requires astute camping and spends on him to become a serviceable + backup PG in the league

24. Houston Rockets (from Warriors) - Aleksa Uskokovic 16/141 GRADE B+
Even better NOW player than Moore (taken 14) Aleksa is the best pure shooter in this draft, low POT got him to drop to rockets here. But this true PG has thre skills to start from day one and if he shows any volume can be a ROY candidate very nice pick by the Rockets

25. Cleveland Cavaliers (from Pelicans) - Nelson Weidemann 30/142 GRADE B+
Almost like Aleksa above him, the German born player, not quite as ready to start now, is one good TC away from being a steal at this point. Cavs can afford to stash him on the DLG and help him develop his game further..

26. Minnesota Timberwolves - Kira Lewis 38/181 GRADE B+
3rd straight B+ grade with this pick, Kira is 2 yrs younger than the 2 prior PGs taken has a slightly worst base, but not by much and might be the better of the 3 if he boosts, as is Kira is at least a potentially solid PG off the bench.

27. Sacramento Kings (from Pacers) - Jaemyn Brakefield -Ratings Incomplete Grade NS (not scouted)
Amazingly we did not scout this young Lad and should have based on a quick glanze. He has solid Pot and a fringy overall game that could play up.
28. Sacramento Kings (from 76ers) - Karim Mane 97/165 GRADE B-
Pick is fine the B- is because Ballo and Tillman are still on the board and should have been selected here.
29. Milwaukee Bucks (from Bulls via Pelicans) - Brandon Boston Jr. 122/201 GRADE D-
Scouts are split on Boston, some see him as a solid upside play, some as a 3rd yr free cut type. Taking it all in the Bucks are a mess and they need players that can help them and help them soon or face the facts that Giannis is better off elsewhere. Again Ballo, or Tillman taken a few picks down would have been better fits in Wisconsin.
