-Rookies and Sophomores
-Draft Picks 1-5 CANNOT take part in the D-League.
-Draft Picks 6-13 can play with a minutes restriction in the D-League
-Draft Picks 14-29 can play full time in the D-League.
-Second Round Draft Picks can play full time for two seasons in the D-League
Improvements
-Minutes Restriction = +1 to any attribute, +1 potential
-Full Time = +2 to any attribute, +3 potential
