FA pt. 2 is tonight. Here is a quick look at 5 players left on the market who are capable of making an impact.

PG Mike Rosario
The former 10th overall pick has been a staple back-court rotational player for the Utah Jazz since the day they drafted him 9 seasons ago. Career splits: 44/79/38. Career averages of 14 points, 4.5 assists, 4.5 rebounds per 36 off the bench. Doesn't turn the ball over. Averaged 3 points in 6 minutes per game over 74 games during the Jazz's 2034 Championship season. Proven winner. Not worth an MLE. Expect a BAE/2-yr min bidding war over Rosario.

SG Paul Harris
Did you know that Paul Harris made the All-Defensive Second Team only 2 seasons ago? Harris's career has been largely underwhelming due to his poor offensive efficiency (44/71/33) but there's no doubt that he can provide a mismatch defensively and on the boards. Over his career, Harris has averaged nearly 9 rebounds per 36 minutes throughout minutes at SF/SG/PG. The 240lb 6'4" bully out of Syracuse expects to receive a few reduced MLE offers from teams needing some veteran defense and bench versatility.

SF Patrick Williams
Patrick Williams is literally as old as dirt, but he can still kind of play basketball. Last season in Miami he shot 45% from the field in 22 minutes off the bench. Williams no longer has a knack for handling the ball, but he'll try his best to provide some spot-up mid-range or 3-pt shooting. At 35 years old it isn't all that unlikely that Williams sees a decline in TC but I expect him to be good enough to play 10-15 minutes per game for a team with playoff hopes. Worth a 1-yr min or 1-yr BAE offer. Maybe 2-yr if you're feeling wild.

PF Harper Kamp
I think it is about time we stop underestimating Harper Kamp. Similar to John Salley of last article, Harper Kamp was good enough to play 25 minutes per game for the BSL Championship runner-up Seattle SuperSonics as he provided them an efficient double-double threat off the bench last season. The aging PF has received increasing minutes in Seattle's front-court rotation over the past 4 years as he seeks another decent contract. Kamp may be worth a hefty short-term MLE or a reduced long-term MLE.

C Paolo Banchero
Banchero is very similar to Harper Kamp but with worse ball handling (more turnovers, 1.9 last season in 26 minutes off the bench). The former 3rd overall pick proved to be incapable of starting some-odd 9 seasons ago and has spent the last two seasons coming off the bench for a putrid Houston Rockets team. Despite this, he has shown that he can provide offensive production off the bench similar to Harper Kamp (although notably for a much worse team) so I expect Banchero to receive a decent offer from one of the handful of teams looking to go from mid-lotto to playoff contender.
